i fell in love with kaspa’s! they have such great waffles and ice cream sundaes. there’s tons of options to choose from so you can pretty much customize the items to your liking. definitely recommend you stop here for a sweet treat

Love this place, great food, great service, well priced. Dropped in on the off chance and was suitably impressed. Polite and friendly staff, good seating with little wait time for seating or our order. Thoroughly recommended and so is the mango smoothie.

Great for late gelato and walk. Passion fruit delicious. Guy very helpful who served and advised us. All staff were really nice

First time visiting today and it was such a let down. The chairs were all ripped and the table and floor was so sticky, it was disgusting. The waitress who showed us to our table didnt let us know we had to order at the counter so sat waiting for ages before I figured it out.Only one toilet working and that was just as filthy as the rest of the place. The food was lovely but they really need to clean properly and sort out the seating.

**Update** 2022 - we have been back for my sons 9th birthday and it was fantastic! He had two birthday extravaganza’s. Staff were wonderful in meeting all our needs.2019- Clean, lots of seating and space. Friendly and vibrant with delicious desserts! Background upbeat music gives it a great atmosphere, very american. Family loved it! Will be returning. Highly recommended.

Planned visit to Caspa,s for our daughters 21st birthday eve.and as we haven’t been out much due to lockdown so was a nice day out for family. Found signs on entry telling us the ice cream machine was faulty so no vanilla flavour but was told it could be substituted for another flavour so no problem. Staff friendly and helpful but upon a visit to the customer toilets of which 2 of the 3 cubicles were out of order we were very concerned about the filth. Everything was disgustingly dirty.The 5 x Sundaes we ordered were nice and everybody enjoyed them but the problem started that evening when my daughter experienced stomach cramps and was up most of the night in pain. This morning she can not stop vomiting and is extremely poorly which is a great concern. Too unwell to even open her birthday presents or even remotely enjoy her long planned 21st birthday as she’s stuck in bed. We are reporting this business to environmental health as it needs to be looked into.

Our first experience visiting a Kaspas.The kids were really excited to go.Absolutely shocking service or lack of it.Visiting on a Friday evening, they didn’t have any of the first 4 items we wanted to order, no cheesecakes, no milkshakes as they were “cleaning the machine” (on a busy Friday night?!) Staff who served were untrained and when asking another member of staff she had no interest in helping. Ordered 2 drinks and only received one, when chased they said they knew nothing about it (it was on the receipt). At this point we asked if we could speak to the Manager. We were told they were on holiday. Asked for the person in charge and was told nobody was in charge. Said they could phone a Supervisor who was “out” but when I asked them to do so they disappeared and never returned. Gave up at this point & asked for our money back which was virtually thrown at us.Ended up at Heavenly Desserts which was the complete opposite - amazing place.

Was looking forward to taking my daughter for a birthday treat to what was a lovely dessert bar. OMG how its changed. Firstly i must say the two members of staff that were on were wonderful and helpful and the food delicious. Now for the negative - the place was filthy and i mean filthy. We left with dirt on our clothes the mirrors had dust on them the ledges, tables and chairs were disgusting. I wont even go into detail about the bathroom. Its time the health inspectors went in. If the food area is disgusting i dread to think what the prep area is like. Felt sorry for the staff who obviously have no support from management. Wont eat in there again. only gave one star cos of the lovely staff

We love every single dessert we've tried here (in store and delivery)! The staff are also very lovely! We loved their strawberry shortcake waffle (photo) and sundaes! Our favourites though, which we order quite often, are their frappes and bueno cookie dough with extra strawberries and custard (photo)! Yum! Their prices are great to the portions and quality they offer, highly recommended!
