Kfc in Colchester

Daughter ordered through deliveroo, food turned up & it was the wrong order. The order was for another person 🤬. The driver obviously knew that, because it took my daughter 3 attempts (shouting) to get his attention, he was legging it back to his car. His reply was contact KFC, which we tried, but to no avail. Had to reorder & wait another 35 mins for the food. Never again will we go for KFC.

Chicken 🐔 pieces burnt coating and dry flesh. Fries 🍟 cold.A very disappointing meal😞

Working in Colchester and exhausted the other restaurants so tried KFC. Wednesday evening 1830 and ordered a Trilogy box meal. It was actually very good apart from the Zinger burger bun which I would describe as a 2-day-old looking bun. The beans were super hot so was the chicken fillet and even the chips were good. I went upstairs to eat in to find food all over a few of the tables. Other tables were sticky, the bins were overflowing. I doubt a staff member had been up there for a very long time. The staff member who took my order was very friendly.Improvement needed on cleanliness.

Food was a little bit greasy but tasted good. Customer service was perfect! Was a little bit to messy.

Payed for water then told they had run out and payed for icecream only to be told the had run out and guess what ordered 2 fruit shots only to be told they had run out. It wasn't that they had run out it was the fact they let us order them . Also chips were stone cold . And they had no napkins. All in all will not be returning to this shop again.

Bit slow service, seems they are short staffed , and too many ubereats, deliveroo ect. So in person customer's are left waiting. But good food 😋

Where do I start ? Let's begin as you walk through the door , the handle it's self could do with a good clean ,, anyone heard of COVID-19 ? You walk into the shop , which is not big anyway , and your hit with the smell of dirty oil , smells like it hasn't been changed in days ? Ordered 2 chicken breast sandwiches one without lettuce , got order wrong git both with lettuce , now the chicken ? Was overcooked on the outside and pink on the inside , shows you the oils to hot and not interested in keeping an eye on it , smelt of dirty oil , now the fries , or chips or whatever you want to call them ? Absolutely rank , what have they done to the normal fries ? Now the portions ? How micro managed are the fries ? Too small , the chicken was thrown into , a , just about edible bun with the mayonnaise just squirted in the middle , now for the price ? Scandalous if you want to get ill quick , the staff have no time for you , no hello , no thank you and no goodbye , so all in all I'm allowing myself to give this inadequate store a one star rating , if I was you I'd look to go to some other outlets for food

I bit into my chicken wing and they were pink with blood on them! I feel sick, it’s disgusting I could have got salmonella 🤬🤢

Ordered via deliveroo, the food was cold but tasty. Check your orders, sauces and other associated napkins missing. First time the order has been complete. Usually the extra bits I have ordered always missing, so I simply don't order them anymore. That's hitting the bottom line. Improvement needed and to be discuss with the delivery team.
