Mcdonalds in Colchester

It is obvious they do not look into their reviews by paying customers. Do not ladies, gentlemen and families bother to ever, ever, ever phone this particular branch, as they never, never, answer it, day or night, weekdays or weekends. One wonders where they get there liscense from??? Have you maybe also noticed that you cannot Thumbs down them but you can thumbs-up them. And here we are one whole year later and they are still not ever,ever,ever, answering their phones, lol. never mind will go elsewhere they are rich enough to never bother.

Due to a busy week and the kids all wanting something different we ordered Macdonalds three times in one week. Something we do not normally do.Each order was late,each order was wrong and each time you try to contact them there is no answer.Very poor standards throughout. No checks made,food cold and all wrong. What has happened to Macdonalds !!!!!!!!Tonight we got a totally different order to which we chose. The receipt was right the food was not

Always some part of the meal missing when you order for delivery, usually a drink. Just eat offerr a refund but it's not good enough, it ruins a meal when half of its missing all the time. Try to phone up no one ever answers. Terrible service

Ran well, organised and quick service. Everything in the order was right, other restaurants can't always do that. Very clean, always someone cleaning something which is lovely to see. Toilets had just been cleaned when i went in and it was extremely clean.

Average for McDonald’s, still like many branches they prioritise deliveries over in store customers and drivers have better social distancing areas than customers.

Gave my granddaughter black coffee instead of hot chocolate, gave water and ice instead of Fanta toffee latte cold one order completely missed off. But still took my money

They forgot my fries then said they would get them but took over ten minutes to get a medium sized fries. Apart from this it was very good service but I wouldn't get fries unless u don't actually want them with your food. The lady was very apologetic but it took her too long. I'm a lady places to be, I don't have time to wait for my fries when I could be eating. X

It's quite small, quite dirty and very very crowded. It's ok if you're looking for something quick to take away but not gret if you want to sit with a family. The staff from every interaction I've had with them are great though :)

When you have been delivering couple thousands of orders for this particular racist and busy no parking restaurant since 2020 LockDownOne, You rush in like a dog at dinner time everytime and, when you already got 3 parking tickets fine for this racist restaurant - when you asked for help to check the order number after waiting for 5 minutes, but the first new young recruit yelled at you "Can't you see I am busy!!". and the second young recruit ran away saying "Nothing to do with me...!!". Can you see two more new recruits (I have the video evident) as the manager favours chatting in the kitchen and pretending to see nobody and turning away? This is only happening more often when the manager M on duty. When you complained to the duty manager M to train your staff professionally and respect others as we have to face your "Mcdonalds customers" when delivering to their home everyday. He then joked about with his new young blonde recruits to make them all laugh at you "Are you telling me how to do my manager job and our job!?!?"

Don’t order delivery from this McDonald’s. It’s the worst in town by an absolute mile. Food takes forever and is always stone cold. Large fries not even half filled and the wrong dips sent and no straws sent for the milkshakes which made it impossible to drink without making one hell of a mess.The delivery drivers arrive quickly after collecting the food so they can’t blame them, so they obviously don’t cook fresh to order and just sling any old cold rubbish in the bags to customers.
