Nandos in Colchester

Very rude and unbothered staff. Be prepared to wait several minutes to order whilst servers have a chit-chat behind the counter and text their mates. I know it's just a Nandos so I wasn't expecting service worthy of Les Manoirs aux Quatre Saisons, but still there should be a bare minimum level of respect afforded to paying customers, and this branch fails to meet them.

We went to the restaurant so that we can have our dinner, the food we fantastic however the manager, Rob was very rude and disrespectful to all of us , I think the manager needs someone to teach him how to be nice and not be rude to others . I hope my comment can change him to be a better person.

I love Nando’s so much and always have to get it when I’m in the UK! the chicken is always very tasty and fresh, and the peri peri sauce is literally one of the best sauces ever. I also love that you can buy the sauces by the bottle as well. highly recommend!

First time in a Nando's and i was really very pleasantly surprised. I hope they are all as good as the Colchester branch.There were nine of us and not a single complaint about anything.

This Nandos did not compare to other branches I have been to. There was very little chicken in the wraps & my stepson had a double wrap which we queried as it had so little chicken in there. We were simply told it was correct so we just got on with it but would not return.

Bit expensive but well worth it every once in a while. A bit cramped inside, apart from that I'd recommend it. Looked clean, food tasted good. Asked us whether we would like plates for our shared platter, they never arrived. Sadge but we coped.

Great friendly, helpful staff! Extremely quick service of our lovely food that was served with a smile. There was nothing the staff here found was out of their way to do. Every thing was done with a smile

Been here with friends few years ago. Small dining place! Slow service and Waited for over half an hour to have the food finally. Food looks good but No sauce and dry grilled chicken at all!

I have ordered an full platter and one of the chickens leg 🐓 was pink and red inside . Wasn’t happy when I wanted an refund he questioned me about the chicken saying there is nothing wrong with it .When I said it’s not nice what you are doing he said sorry he didn’t see the Chicken so he went and saw the chicken and told the chef to cook an other one than he come over and said it’s there mistake .When I asked for a refund he wanted to take a photo of my card details or to do it on paper. Which I believe could lead to frud. He also said it could take up to a week for it to clearThis places needs to cook the chicken probably and be careful

Thanks for the chicken which wasn’t eaten. Got offered a free desert and that was it. I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant which you cannot miss and the manager didn’t even come over to check on us or see if there was anything else that could be done.
