Friendly staff and good pizza. What more could you want 🤣 The ordering by phone and service is pretty quick too

Booked table online and arrived early, was told there was no record of my booking even tho i had text and email confirmation, was made to wait five minutes at the reception and was seated, only to be told there is no table service and i had to order on my phone via the Q code on the table which was impossible as i did not have my glasses with me, then im told it was card payment only and as i only had money i could not pay, staff were bordering on rude and not very helpful, basically a complete waste of my time, if you dont take cash then make that clear on your website, will never go back again , Zero stars for these clowns.

Lovely lunch. Lunch deal is such a good idea. There are many choices and variations. Service from Mark was excellent. Would recommend.

Food was poor along with the service.The 5 floor staff were more interested chatting than serving.I was told by one of the staff that I had to go to the counter and ask for drinks and deserts, both had been paid for upfront online and for the table to be cleared......The thin crust Pizza was soggy in the middle and the olives looked terrible,One piece of small cheap garlic bread each along with some really poor flavourless onion rings, both were the sort you get from a cheap frozen food store.The corn on the cob was dry and looked like it had been under a heat lamp all day.I expected pizza hut to have more pride in their name.This is such a shame and maybe explains why the restaurant was lass than half full.

A nice experience, food was quick out. Managed to get a table for 8 on a Saturday evening which was a miracle. The young lady who served us was very good and professional. Would go again in future.

The Pizza and Ice Cream were of a good standard. However we were told that we had to order and pay online. May as well done an Uber Eats and stayed at home! What on Earth has gone wrong in this country! Then they tell us that there is no full sugar drinks??? Hang on, if we were worried about diet, what we drink and eat, we wouldn't be eating pizza? We would have gone to the salad bar if that was a concern. I am now told that I MUST drink sugar free drinks because of a load of overweight children and their gaming machines!! KFC don't do full sugar drinks either! Which will make all the difference with a stomach full of fat fried chicken 😂😂.It's enough to make you weep. Whose in charge Putin?

Staff are super friendly and food tasty, plus very good value for money. Only let down was a slight lack of hygiene/cleanliness on this visit, particularly around the salad bar area

Went there with my friend for lunch and I haven't even there for long time.. We were greeted by the friendly staff. The pizzas were lovely and hot. We definitely go again .

It must be decades since I visited a Pizza Hut. We were doing some shopping in Colchester so gave this one a go. The kids enjoyed it, the salad was good, bottomless drinks are always a nice novelty. My tastes are more Italian restaurant these days, the pizza was basic and very American in style. Plenty of other people enjoy it though and it was made will enough.

This is very well managed, great service even when busy. You definitely get your money's worth with the buffet. I recommend going around evening time as there are quite a lot of small children at lunchtime on off-days. Definitely one of the cleaner and better branches I have been to.
