Pizza Hut Delivery in Colchester

Outright horrendous...The CHICKEN was so dry and rubbery with little to no taste at all and the bacon was greasy and overcooked, how does that even happen?The food was so poor that I had to ask if they'd brought me the right order.Certainly the last time we order from this Pizza Hut.

Useless !! One hour and a half delivery , unavailable items , no one answering the phone . Don’t bother .. one of the worst customer experience . Why on earth they still operate under that logo I really don’t know

So yet again another disappointing experiance delivered from North station road by them ,burnt but cold ,chicken supreme classic crust pizza. Our 12 year old Daughter Waited an hour and ten minuites to get this .It wouldnt be so bad but we try this store every now and then and it's always the same ,our Daughter loves pizza hut everywhere else but this store has no standards and are not sorry about it either .will be the last time ,as my husband has just had to phone and go and now pick up another as delivery will take too long ! We are Highwoods .

They cancelled my Just Eat order via email some time after ordering, apparently due to an item being unavailable, by the time I eventually saw the email it was too late to order anything else, my kids were looking forward to a Sunday evening treat and missed out.Why on earth didn’t you ring, or see if we wanted to swop to an available item? Poor customer service guys, it really is.

Just had a delivery today of two deep pan pizzas and added our own toppings. The toppings were very generous especially the chicken. All loaded exactly as ordered I.e. extra cheese. Very succulent and fresh. Will definitely order from here again. Ordered direct on pizzahut.co.uk.

Gross pizza and even worse customer service. I Complained about how the pizza looked and even worse about it being under cooked. I asked to speak to the manager and asked who is doing the quality checks of these pizzas. When I spoke with the manager he responded by telling me he had made the pizza and that there was nothing wrong with it ! He was so rude and as soon as he realised I had ordered and paid for the pizza online he did not want to speak to me anymore. And just carried on repeating himself saying there was nothing wrong with the pizza, and I would have to contact pizzahut online to get any sort of refund. To which I eventually did but nothing what so ever was done about the managers terrible attitude and rudeness and lack of knowledge and care. I really should of thought twice about ordering from this Pizza Hut delivery as when I’ve previously passed the store Ive seen some of the staff in there uniforms outside the front of the store smoking. Gross !

Probably the worst Pizza Hut going needs shutting down to be deep cleaned and redecorated! It actually lets the Pizza Hut name down! To top it off the food was over cooked the pizza tasted nothing like a Pizza Hut pizza lucky we only got the £5 menu stuff would never pay full price from this place! What a let down!

Absolutely USELESS, even though the star ratings are soooooo poor for this particular branch - my daughter wanted a new flavour/topping pizza ‘popcorn chicken pizza’......I repeatedly called over and over and over again - they simply don’t answer the phone at all. Probably a blessing in disguise. I’m so confused as to how any manager could allow to phone to ring and ring and ring - ignoring a potential customer. I will NEVER attempt using that place EVER again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Pizza arrived on time but without my garlic bread. I phoned immediately to request it and they said they would send it straight out... I'm still waiting four hours later and I don't hold out much hope for it to ever arrive. Very poor service, all could have been avoided if they had remembered to put the garlic bread in the bag in the first place and I'm not phoning again as I shouldn't have to. Not the first time I've had bad customer service from this Pizza Hut and now they are getting yet another bad review for the sake of some garlic bread. Just do your job guys, customers don't like to be messed around, the service is as important as the pizza.

Shocking service. We used the website which confirmed 20 minutes. An hour later we called up to find out where our pizza was. They seemed to struggle to locate where our order was in the queue, and then conveniently advised us that it was on its way. A further period of time later, still no pizza. I highly suspect they didn't do our order and then lied about it being out in delivery. Disgusted and will be writing directly to pizza hut to ask for my money back.
