Subway in Colchester

It's okay. It's a Subway, nothing special.

Very small portions, manager refused to let me use my points. Have reported to head office

Order never arrived and have had problems with this before and the shop does not help of you call them, you are just told to deal with it on the just eat app. Do not use if you want reliable, helpful service

15cm and 30cm subs with your choice of a wide range of fillings, also for the kids meal a mini "3 inch" sub with a Fruit Shoot drink and a cookie.

My very first subway! It was actually nicer than I expected. The only gripe I had was the menu is more complicated than it needs to be and it is a little overpriced other than that so much better than buying McDonald's

Staff are really friendly here, it's always a great experience! Food is lovely as expected and there is enough seating for groups of varying sizes too so that's a plus.The service here is always excellent and I would highly recommend this Subway over the Subway at the top of the hill.

The sub itself was great but I ordered 2 chilli beef wraps. The meet was warm but wrap was cold like it had just been taken out of the fridge. 2/5 wraps, 5/5 sub, 5/5 customer service. Tip: if you are ordering the wraps, ask them to warm up the wrap as well.

A very uninterested team of staff. They have little regard for customer service, they seemed to only care about getting you your sub and out of their face. The seating area was unclean, which was odd considering they are a very small store with plenty of staff behind the counter. Definitely a Subway I won't be visiting again.

Like one of the previous reviews, the manager has got to be one of the worst adverts for Subway. Very abrasive, rude and just looking to upsell whatever you’re trying to buy.Both my son and I said goodbye when we left and not one member of their staff replied!Likewise, I won’t be using this Subway store again.

Most definitely not the best Subway I have been to.It's always quite messy/unclean whenever I go in there and the tables have never been wiped.I ordered a 6 inch chicken tikka sub and it had barely any chicken in it so I had to have it remade which was done without hesitation but the staff member gave me a filthy look.I would recommend not going to this Subway unless you are desperate for one!
