My lunchtime meal was absolutely fantastic. The bbq ribs was very nice and the meat fell off the bone. The staff was very friendly and my waitress was very helpful and informative about the food. Definitely will come here again. Highly recommend xx

Lunchtime menu was adequate and tasty. Drinks are rip off prices.Edit. It was ÂŁ4.20 for a bottle of Beck's Alcohol Free Lager. In Asda just down road from you it is ÂŁ7.50 for 15 bottles.Management asked me for more details following this review and then stopped responding.

Slow service, no one at door to greet you, but you are requested to wait to be seated. It was not busy but wait to order drinks, then to receive drinks and order food was excessive. Once food ordered it arrived quickly and was nice and hot. Asked for a high chair, not a problem, but it had to be cleaned first, when it arrived I had to clean properly, definitely not seen a clean cloth. Overall a disappointing visit

There was a warm welcome from the manager who was very friendly and polite. The food was good for a pub chain which surprised me. Prices are the same as most restaurants around the area. The reviews put me off originally and I was deciding whether to cancel. I'm pleased I didn't, as it was my sons birthday and we had a nice evening. My negatives are, the bar staff brought us drinks but failed to clear the table of empty glasses and bottles. The kitchen was slow, which delayed the food coming out. It just made our evening longer, but there was no rush. The waiting staff were attentive and friendly. Only 2 servers and 1 trainee for a Friday night. I know its hard to get staff at the moment. I would return.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars then I would, because it was honestly awful! Went on a Sunday evening and there are 3 staff working and they are all miserable, even the manager looks miserable. Took our drink order and fine, then starters all fine, the starters came and they weren’t too bad.. the chicken in the goujons was so processed and hard to chew, Kids garlic bread was just generic garlic bread. Mains come and oh my they were awful. The prawns were so rubbery you could hardly bite down on them, the fish was so overcooked and dry, the burger was cold but the chips on the plate very hot, the burger also looked like it would have made me very unwell, it was rock hard, smelt weird and I just couldn’t eat it, also a kids pizza which tasted of nothing- I mean nothing, she could have just been eating a slice of bread. We complained and the manager took the price of the meals off the bill, so we didn’t have to pay for any of the meals. The portion sizes are very small for the cost of the meal! £15 for 4 prawns ans a tiny bowl of rice?! No way is that ok. The restaurant is very dirty too! For a Sunday evening it was empty in there and now I know why. The staff need a course in customer service but I guess if the manager of the restaurant lacks customer service and is miserable then the staff will be too. It’s safe to say we will never return to this restaurant!

Nice and quiet for an early breakfast. Great service, hot fresh food. The only negative is some items seem to have shrunk! The sausages were lovely but small. 3 of these equal 2 normal ones.

Reasonably priced food of good quality. Less staff than other restaurants but then the prices are much lower. Good sized mixed grill for 18pounds and too much for the better half too eat. Veggie options for me. Good choice considering it's a steak and grill restaurant.Plenty of drinks to choose from. Worth booking if more than a couple in the group. Can get busy even during the week.Staff are pleasant and always busy.

Dreadful experience. You would think after a hard lockdown the place would be happy to see customers… far from it. Got to our table and about 25 minutes had past before taking our order for drinks and food as by the time the lady had come round we were ready to order. We also had to ask to be served, the girl deemed it more necessary to fold menu’s than to serve us.So then the food came tasteless and expensive! It was over cooked and lathered in sauce, needless to say we won’t be coming back. I don’t ever leave reviews but I felt this is a special occasion.

Went for breakfast today and it was deserted. The food was cooked freshly for the 3 of us. The bacon was overcooked and burnt. The rest was ok and tasted good. It was the sporadic service that let it down overall. Had the place been rammed o could understand it but there was just our table of 3. Our server was spending more time on her phone than checking on us. At one point the fire alarm went off for about 40 seconds and noone, not a single soul come to tell us what was amiss. That is just inexcusable. At 8.99 it's not a cheap breakfast and the experience let it down. Had to chase down the server to pay after waiting 20 minutes.
