Really great local spot near my parents house. Every time I go in, the service is friendly, punctual and the environment is great. If you're ever in Tiptree and need a quick bite or a coffee, I heavily recommend it 👍👍

I was visiting Tiptree today 24th Sept and stopped at 'The Exchange' with my daughter. What a good choice, the service was perfect, lunch was delicious, we weren't hurried out, prices were very good and everything was nice and clean. What else could you possibly ask for?

Dropped off car at Vauxhall, so had a couple of hours to spare and had a nice wander around Tiptree . Thought we'd try The Exchange and it was a very good choice. Perfect full English breakfast. Cafe was clean and roomy with very good efficient and friendly staff.

Homemade apple pie and custard was really special. Nicer than your average cafe, in terms of food, space and also service, so good value too.

Friendly staff and delicious food at a reasonable price.We went for a late breakfast with our 4 year old grandson ..we all thoroughly enjoyed it.The staff are taking such care over social distancing, cleaning the toilet after each use and screens between each table as well as thoroughly cleaning tables and chairs and wearing face coverings...all making us feel safe. We'll be back.
