Had the meal for one. Superb, excellent value, loads of food for the money. Delivered hot. Very good quality chicken

I like this place ordered about 5 times and haven't been disappointed... it's not exactly fine dining but they knock up a good bit of food for the price 😊

Been ordering from here for 10 years now but tonight was a huge let down. Don't get me wrong, the food is always good, but after waiting for more than 2 hours for my order to arrive, I don't expect to have to reheat my food in the microwave! It ended up being delivered by a taxi more than an hour after I should have had it.If you have too many orders coming in then either restrict the ordering system or manage the customers expectations correctly to avoid disappointment! Very poor service tonight.31/12/2020 - ordered again despite the previous poor service. I completely understand that it's new years eve but I pre ordered for delivery around 8.30 and it is now 10.35 and I am still waiting!!! I even called them at 6pm to confirm my order as I hadn't had confirmation from Uber eats. I have now tried calling more than 40 times, only to get an engaged tone every time. Have ordered from elsewhere and yet again I'm disappointed in kismet for their poor service.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered at 7.10, currently 10.30 and still no food. Phoned at 9.04 and was told it would be leaving the restaurant in 5 minutes and it would have only been a 6 minute drive so definitely lied to as well. Steer clear unless you want your money and time wasted

AVOID!! We ordered from here for the first time and saw the google reviews so had high hopes only to be let down.Our Currys were watery and mild but the worst part was we found a long black hair in one of our dishes.When we phoned to tell them they refused money back or to swap the dish they then hung up on us.Would avoid this place at all costs and would not recommend to anyone!

Has to be the worst Indian in colchester, normally go taste of India, thought I would try a new one and wish I didn't! The keema rice is green with no flavour and the lamb never seen anything like it, stay away

After searching long and hard for the very best Indian cuisine in Colchester - I finally found it some time a go and have never visited anywhere else since. This review is well over due and I feel ashamed to not have left this sooner. Admittedly it’s a take away - not a restaurant......but I live very close to it and it works perfectly for me. The flavours are amazing and the incredible food makes all other local Indian restaurants pale into insignificance. The service is always very polite and I’ve never waited more than 20mins to go and collect my food and it’s always piping hot when I get home. Their Sunday - Thursday ‘Banquet Deal’ is amazing too. I have chicken tikka starter, pilau rice, chicken madras, Bombay aloo and popadums with chutney.....all for £11.50! Astonishing value for such amazing food. I’d happily pay double for that!! Bravo 👏🏻
