I ate at the lexden crown the other day with family and we have now found our new favourite place to eat! The food is amazing, they have a wide selection of drinks and overall the service was faultless. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice and friendly pub, the food is a cut above normal pub grub. The wood fired pizzas a delicious but need a couple more choices for me

1st time visit had a delicious meal for valentines day, made to feel welcome.... however sadly not a real pub more of a restaurant feel... snug where you have to sit with dog was cold so had to leave shame as only staying 5 min walk away 🙄 maybe try the garden room next time when weather improves...

We don’t live locally so hadn’t been here before booking for our wedding food. Since then, every time we have been the food has been unbelievably good. All staff are welcoming and you can definitely tell that the food is completely home made. One of our favourite restaurants now by far!

I went there with my elderly parents, and the staff were absolutely fantastic, superb service extremely kind and so helpful. Lunch was lovely. Went on the 6th Feb 2022 and everyone who was working then were wonderful. Thank you for a fabulous lunch.

The most delicious food in the area for me on a Sunday. I prefer the cricketers with an open fire place and lots of room, however the food quality is my number 1 choice!

I visited last night for dinner to catch up with a friend. We had a great evening! The service was quick and very friendly, and gave good recommendations when we couldn't decide what to order.The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it! Really good selection on the menu including some nice seasonal options. I had the brie bites to start, the burger with brie and cranberry sauce and a delicious salted caramel cheesecake for dessert! All were fantastic and so delicious.What a lovely place - we'll definitely be back again.

What can we say. We had 2nd sitting Christmas Day for 8 of us. Sam, Matt and the Team were superb. The food..table and service was excellent. Certainly will be back very soon. WELL DONE GUYS!!

Fantastic choice of food, tasted delicious too. Great service. Only quibble if I have to pick was the price of the wine. I thought paying over £9 for a large red was a bit steep? Will definitely be returning, but drinking something else next time 😊👍
