Flaming House in Dacorum

Order for delivery about once every 3 weeks and the staff are great, prices are decent and the food always arrives hot.Lamb Kebab isn't my favourite as find it has a funny taste but all the other food is great.

Disgusting cold chicken kebabs. Chips cold and uneatable. Waste of time and money. Avoid like the plague. Did call to complain but wasn't interested. Very disappointed and hungry

Food is cold, fries are soggy. Shish is sliced so much seems its been to make it quick. No taste only spice. Would not recommend...

Probably the worst experience I've had ordering food. First of all it took more than an hour to deliver hour food and when it came it was cold. We called and specifically said that we need sauces yet they provided us with none. We called back and were told they can't do anything about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Ordered small chicken shish with salad I got onion a frazzled looking cucumber the chicken was funny tasting and dryer than the Sahara desert waste of money Dissapointed

Tonight I ordered a kebab from Flaming House which is where I usually get it from, however, there was many issues with this order. Firstly, the large kebab I had paid extra for was evidently a small kebab and was freezing cold. The wings were embarrassing. They were so small that even ‘bite size’ would even be an understatement. Not to mention the chicken was RED. Which is a huge health and safety issue in which we threw them all away. The chips were selected as cheesy chips and somehow glitched/changed to normal chips. They were also cold, soggy and disgusting. In which they were thrown away too. I am in disbelief at how disgusting and disappointing this order was and am looking for a refund. Half of it was thrown away and the kebab that was there was cold and beyond tiny. I look forward to your reply in helping me with this issue.

Just had an unedable soggy and tasteless kebab delivered from Flaming House in Hemel Hempstead. Ordered 1 extra large lamb donner with salad and no sauce & 1 large lamb donner with salad & a pot of chili sauce. We had 1 extra large soggy lamb donner & 1 large soggy lamb donner covered in chili sauce. Both kebabs were tasteless unedable, ended up with chips and the extra pitta's we ordered. Even the dog turned it down.

Have eaten here many times before and am a big fan. Delivery can be a little slow, but portion size is large and flavour is great. Used their website and collected earlier today and was quick.

Food here is absolutely vile. They were over half an hour late and sent a freezing cold pizza that looked absolutely vile but the chicken and chips were fine! When I reviewed them on just eat the owner tried to be funny and asked how can one item be hot and another cold when in same bag? Well to answer your question you obviously cooked the pizza and left it on the side and cooked the other food later, maybe that's why the food took over an hour and half when you quoted 40 minutes lol. Anyway screw this place, just look at the other reviews. You've been warned!
