First time of ordering food from here, well let me tell you, the chicken tikka and lamb tikka on a nan roll is fabulous and I ordered a curry sauce which was so tasty, try this place out people absolutely gorgeous food 10/10

Good food and friendly service. However, when I went to collect my food I did not feel safe in the premises. None of the staff or other customers there wore a mask and I do think this should be reinforced by the owners/managers. It also looks a little messy and unclean in there.

Food is decent, delivery is not the best. Often late with no update. Twice now we have had food more than half an hour late. When ringing the restaurant to check on our order, they just say "driver will be there in two minutes" as if they've forgotten to send it out. No apology, just that then they hang up. A bit of customer service goes a long way.

Ordered via Uber Eats, never ordered from here before but was lovely. Curry hot and fresh, arrived in good time. Naan bread was a little doughy (didn't seem to be cooked enough) but the curry and rice was the main thing. Chips seemed to be homemade too but there were a lot of black bits in the potato.

I have ordered from here a number of times and the food is so delicious, it’s the best Indian takeaway food I’ve ever had! The staff are so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I would 100% recommend this place, time and time again. You can now pay by card at the takeaway

I ordered food from Love Balti online and I was informed the food would arrive within 1 hour. I had specifically requested that the food was delivered to the door because I am currently shielding due to Covid-19. I received a call from the driver to say that he was downstairs and I needed to go and collect the food. I politely asked the driver if he could bring the order to the door as I am in a flat and unable to go out at the moment. At this point the driver interrupted me and said "You have 2 minutes to come and collect your order or I will take it back". I was shocked at the response I got and kindly asked again if he could bring it up and he refused, telling me he was going back to the restaurant and I needed to speak to the manager. I rang the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and yet again I was met with very aggressive and abusive language. I tried to explain to the manager the situation I was in but he was not interested and told me I needed to speak to Uber eats about the delivery. He then proceeded to hang up the phone, I have since tried to contact the restaurant and the driver regarding a refund for the food I have not received (over 2 hours after ordering it) but to no avail. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is thinking of ordering, just avoids this place all together. The "manager" as he likes to call himself is a disgrace and should really reconsider the position he is in since he clearly lacks people skills.

Whilst we had a good experience the first time we ordered food here, this last time was dreadful. "Easily the worst korma I've ever tasted" my wife said, and she eats them a lot. Mushy and totally tasteless. Worse than the worst supermarket value range. Avoid at all costs.

Bland and tasteless curry no flavour whats so ever, felt as though I was eating softened onions thrown over some oven cooked chicken. The naan bread was sweet and undercooked/too thick. The kebab was ruined as they threw over a sauce drenched in food colouring!! Looking through other people's pictures they love using food colouring to cover up how dreadful the food is, wish i knew this before ordering!

Just ordered from here and the food was terrible . The madras tastes like pure tomatoe paste. The pathia was full of raw vegetables . When I called to ask for a refund the man was very aggressive and rude. The currys I ordered cost 8.40 each and I ordered 2 . He only refunded me for 1. The order was late to began with . Can honestly say it's the worst curry I have ever eaten and the most awful service I've ever had.

We ordered at 7.30pm for ASAP delivery (eta 8.25pm). When the order had been placed we received a message saying there was a 40 minute delay so delivery would be 8.55pm.At 9.05pm I called to say our delivery was 10 minutes late. The gentlemen I spoke to said ‘sorry it’s really busy, it’s just left and will be 10-15minutes’. I responded ‘We were told delivery would be 8.55pm following a 40 minute delay and you’re now saying it’s another 10-15minutes’. His response was ‘That’s why I said sorry at the start’. Laughable response really.Food finally arrived at 9.30pm, 2 hours after ordering.Masala was very tasty, rest was mediocre. Naan bread was incredibly greasy, when I picked it up my hand was dripping in grease. And they didn’t include the Mango Chutney that we paid additional for.Overall a complete joke of a restaurant and a very disappointing service. Will not be ordering from here again and would recommend others also don’t.
