Order chips with meal none rice was solid in container pancake roll tasted off all food cold never again

Gave me the complete wrong order. Customer service appalling.

Refried chips you really don't care anymore

We have just ordered the Peking style (PJ) set meal for 4. What an amazing meal! Really fresh ingredients and lovely flavours. I personally feel the cost charged reflects the quality of the ingredients used. I would therefore highly recommend.We will definitely be back there again the next time we visit Hemel Hempstead.

Used as Chinese take away for years on and off. Went before xmas 2020 and was ok. Went back on 7th Jan 2021 gone up buy more than £10 and was poor food. No taste and lukewarm. Much better options around

Great little chippy. Chinese food is ok but prawn toast is over done and sweet and sour pork is a bit fatty but the fish and chips are spot on

Was told it would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. Food arrived super quick in 20 minutes; piping hot and delicious. Some drive-throughs take longer and either give you cold food or get your order wrong!!! No complaints here!!!!

Very disappointed, one of my orders didn’t show up so I rang them to inform them and to ask if they could resend the dish that was missing and they continue to question me if I had ‘checked properly’ and telling me it was in the bag when it wasn’t.Man on the phone was not apologetic at all and didn’t seem to care when I asked what he was going to do about it.Finally got the dish I ordered after waiting 40 minuets and they came to the door without one single apology. Doubt I’ll be using them again!

Had always used May Fu for over 20 years as it was lovely but in the last year the food was awful....complained twice. Was informed that this was due to a new chef and I wasnt the only one that was complaining. Went to order again today after a year and was told my address was banned for delivery orders. Looking at other reviews now I see its true... I wasn't a one off with bad reviews at the time !!!!!!!!!

May Fu has a food hygiene rating of 2. They were initially assessed in March 2017, and a more recent assessment at the end of November 2017 also gave them the same score. Their food hygiene and safety aspect in particular is rated "poor". I do not recommend anyone eat here when there are nearby places with much better standards available.
