McDonald's in Dacorum

Thinking of using the newish McDelivery service? Good luck with that!!! Order placed at 1928, food arrives COLD 70 minutes later - McD app points is to a number to call at Ubereats. Ubereats say to 'leave feedback' on the McD app (no hint of any acceptance of liability), and our subsequent feedback from McD is...to call Ubereats on the same number that told us to contact McD - utter shambles, where the customer is clearly the one in the wrongJUST DON'T BOTHER

I've never had an order correct, all sauces and every time we get a deluxe hot chocolate, its has absolutely no cream on top, despite kindly asking if we can have some please, but never to any avail.My partner and his brother on separate occasions have had to go through the drive through multiple times to get a completed order. It is quite frustrating, as sometimes we order with children and having to go back multiple times delays their meal.Tonight one of the drive theoughs were broken and 2 cars ordered beside us and went through... hopefully that gets fixed soon!!Worth the drive to the other mcdonalds that's for sure!! Sorry :(P.s. all staff are nice though :)

dreadful service ... I think they must have thrown the contents of the burger at the bun from the other side of the room ... I thought I had bought a do it yourself burger so much of it was in the carton and not the middle of the bun ... if I hadn't been buying a take away it would have gone back . ..very poor mcdonalds ..must do better...

Ordered from this store last night using uber eats and were missing 3 large cokes and a large banana milkshake and all the sauses.They even messed up the triple cheeseburger I said know bun and know onion it came with the bun which I'm allergic to bread.I want something done about this

Admittedly it was late, but there is absolutely no excuse for a cold cheeseburger (with extra pickles). I dare not imagine how long the burger must have sat for the cheese to still be cold. Will try and avoid in future.

They accept app orders 20 mins before closing and lock the door so customers cannot enter to pick up their orders, forcing them to use the drive through which always takes far too long. The other McDonald's branches in Hemel are far better

Food is always fresh here. Although I do think they are very short on staff here especially on the grave yard shift as sometimes when I call in after a later night working it can take a long time to get our food through the drive thru, but still food is fresh and hot, so can’t complain.

drove there. parked . went in. wanted 4 mcfurries. panfaced guy behind the counter said we dont have any. I knew there had been problem with shakes recently. when asked he said no Mc donalds are doing them. no smile. no apology. no friendliness.funny that as we then drive to Apsley about 2 miles away and got 4 mcflurries easily.need to train their staff at jarman fields in a bit of common courtesy.photo attached of my mcflurries.

Appalling customer service and keep giving wrong orders1st time - ordered a chicken nugget meal and a Big Mac and the Big Mac was missing after paying nearly £6 for it as part of a meal. Thought nothing of it and just chose to eat it.2nd time - ordered pancakes for breakfast with syrup with extra sausage. Didn’t give extra sausage and syrup was missing from the order. Again just chose to eat it.3rd time - Ordered online through JustEat for 20 nuggets and a Sprite Zero. Ended up with someone else’s order and I drove to the restaurant to ask for what I ordered and showed proof. The member of staff I spoke with kept blaming the JustEat delivery driver for getting my order wrong when in fact it would be the person working for McDonald’s who was prepping my order that got it wrong and they have to check the order against the delivery driver anyway. The same member of staff kept telling me to contact JustEat and that there was nothing they could do. What would be a lot easier is if they just gave me what I ordered. I went in the restaurant with the receipt and the wrong order and they could have exchanged it. To top things off, even though it was not my order, the packaging it came in was damaged.Ended up not getting a refund even though they failed to provide the product I asked and paid for.

I was welcomed very kindly upon entering. I basically always had a member of staff in sight who was happy to help with anything. I was guided through the service cycle in a professional manner. I work in hospitality so I understand the importance of reviews so KIM approached me guiding me through the McDonald's reviews website. Everything was to my satisfaction. The service I got this time was a little out of the ordinary FOR McDonald's BUT the experience was great!Thank you KIM and STUART.
