McDonald's in Dacorum

This would be zero stars if that were possible. 2 meals ordered through the machine in store. No receipt printed. When the order was collected it was missing most of one meal. Once I discovered this I went back to the store. What a waste of time. No help whatsoever. Oh ill have to get my manager. Forget it my time is worth more than a quarter pounder meal. I'd already been waiting for a long time before you basically told me you think I'm trying to scam you out of a few quids worth.

This was such a busy place, but nonetheless service was pretty speedy. We dined in rather than takeaway and the restaurant was clean and bright. The only thing that let it down was that my BigMac wasn't hot. It was warm, but I like my food hot. The car park is not that large and was extremely busy, a lot of yhe spaces were used up by the delivery driver services who were there in numbers.

Shocking service... again! Incompetent staff standing around shouting out order numbers, before they are displayed on the monitor system, with indistinct diction and then glaring at customers when we dare to question if the number called is actually our number!Then, second time this has happened at this branch for me, Get my takeaway for 4 people and drive away... arrive home missing a meal!This is just incompetence on their part and stupidity on mine for being duped once again... as if I couldn't hate McDonald's enough already for being goaded by the kids to eat that... just frustrating that the simplest of transactions can not be relied upon for honesty and clarity.Never again...Pathetic.

I use this McDonald driveway. Staff are very friendly and food is very hot. I m shocked when I get fries it's full of pack. Normally fries have less quantity of fries but this McDonald give you good quantity of fries with meal.

Abysmal even by fast food standards. Pre ordered on the app, after queuing at the drive through, told to park up, waited ages, food came out, drinks didn't. By the time we got the drinks, food was cold.

At it again with there medium and large fries.Everytime I get there large fries they are same size as medium just put in a large box.So basically paying for abit of extra Coke 😄

We visited on Monday and the restaurant was very clean. The condiments station was clean and topped up, and we ordered using the app on our phone. The service was very fast. The food wasn't the hottest which let it down, my partners small fries were undercooked and cold, they don't seem to be very good at getting the portions sizes of the food and drinks right however our wraps were well made and tasty enough. The side salad was just a box of lettuce leaves which was a shame because at other mcdonalds restaurants it's usually a nice mixture of salad vegetables. I don't think we'd visit again despite the restaurants cleanliness.

Worst McDonald's..... Waited 20 minutes for not alot of food. Chips were pale and tasteless.The person who handed the food over to us also argued that he put the chips in the bag, however they were not in there. I showed him they were not in the bag but he was adamant he put them in the bag. I will not be returning.

Drive thru staff are so nice and service is great but they are too rushed and forget items. You're better off just parking up, going in and ordering. I'm currently putting together my big mac burger as it is crushed and missing the chips.

Watered down hot chocolate that has NO taste despite requesting a new one! I ordered a double bacon and egg Mc muffin meal and was give a double sausage. This site is really starting to get on my nerves. Jarman Park McDonald’s have better hot chocolate and I don’t understand why when they are the same company! Tried calling them but no answer and other times ‘line busy’.
