Nando's in Dacorum

My first visit to Nando's - disappointing, the wrap was stale and tough as was the chicken. I could have had a better meal at McDonald's where the chicken wraps are £1.99, £5 less than this disaster.

I love nandos in general so would never stop going but each branch differs slightly. The food here is usually a little on the dry side for some reason but the atmosphere is very nice and relaxed.

Nandos was okay, the staff were brilliant very attentive. But not value for money for me...

First day back in the Uk... had to go to Nandos and this branch was perfect. The food arrived hot, with a smile and the vibe and decor was lovely. Didnt wait long for our food either (ordered using the app).

Food on point. Customer service on point. I have given the 5 stars as everyone from the woman who seated us to the man that took our order and everyone on the floor, having fun and great attitudes, they were all friendly, helpful, built great rapport and had fantastic smiles. Well done.

Ordered a delivery, which never arrived, (suspect it was stolen/eaten by the Deliveroo driver). Spoke to Amber at the restaurant who was really helpful but and prepped another order but after 2 and half hours, I gave up. Staff at Nando’s Hemel were quite sympathetic and helpful but I’m still awaiting a refund over 2 weeks later despite numerous calls and emails to Nando’s.. the 3 stars are purely for the staff at Hemel, other wise it would be 1 (or 0) stars

I've been to this Nando's twice and both occasions were to the usual high standards of Nando's. It's was clean and tidy, there is even a stone sink in the main restaurant area, to wash your hands before and after you eat. The food came fairly quickly and hot. The food was tasty, flavorsome and great value for money.

Eat at many Nando’s but this is the best. Amazing chicken as ever and hot crispy chips, never ‘wangy’ but Hemel is best because of the people. This is a nice place to be! I think manager Benjo has got some great vibes going on here, his team are kind, friendly and happy to help.

On an overnight visit for a Warner Bro Studio Tour tomorrow, chose to pop into Hemel Hempstead for a Nandos meal. Great location, nice atmosphere and very lovely staff. Was having an issue with a gift card I was given and the manager Mariana helped me get it sorted and my meal ordered. Very lovely attentive staff. Order came quickly and was really lovely, definitely recommended.

Great nandos. Set down from road level . Planting provides a screen. Very well protected from traffic noise.Great location straight of the main road. Loads of parking. Staff are great and very welcoming. Great outdoor sitting area.Very good restaurant
