Ordered From Here 29/10/2021 Through UberEats.The Food Was Absolutely Shocking.I Actually Ate Several Undercooked Chips That Were Still Hard.How Can A Fish And Chip Shop NOT Know How To Cook Chips?The Mixed Kebab Was Definitely Reheated & NOT Fresh, Ridiculously Small & Cost A Fortune (£14).Finally The Half Pounder Burger Was Poor Taste AND Poor Quality Meat.Honestly, Save Your Money & Eat Elsewhere.

When you walk into this establishment you are automatically greeted with a very stale smell in the air almost as if there is food that has gone off, if you are not careful when you walk in you will slip over on their very dirty greasy floor that does not get mopped regularly the difference between a mopped floor when it's dryed your shoes or trainers will grip in this case you will slip so be very careful when entering, they have no wet floor signs to say be careful so it is very risky, now the customer service is absolutely terrible it's almost as if they pick and choose who they are nice to by the way the customer looks I experienced extreme profiling when I went for the first time there's a communication and language barrier they don't understand what you are saying and for the dacorum council to allow these low standards of businesses to be operating is shocking, now the food when I got it I ordered burger and chips the bread smelt very stale and the bottom bap was soggy from the wet lettuce the burger patty was hard and burnt I took one bite and to my disgust when I put the burger back in the box there was a hair which I didn't notice when I informed the man about it he blamed me for it which left me speechless and for sure it was from the man's hairy arm who served me I have a very weak stomach I had no choice but to vomit that one bite and my breakfast I had that day the chips were like Lego hard I did not continue I let the bin have my meal but I'm sure the bin wouldn't of liked it.... overall this has got to be one of the worst food I've tasted the most dirtiest unhygienic food shop I have ever walked into the rudist people I've ever come across especially putting money into their business and being dealt with in such a disgusting manner I will definitely be contacting Hemel dacorum council for a full investigation into this I advise anybody not to try this food and don't waste your time and money for disappointment

Kebab is all right. Nothing to praise or complain. Food arrived quickly and piping hot.

Chips are normally reheated , fish is dry , and don't get pulled up with there sausage in batter as it's truly criminal ,I've just moved down from London beautiful scenery but some of the takeaways need to be taken away 🚫🚫⛔🚮

I will never order order again as i didnt get the full order and my kebab didnt have salad and i have paid a lot of money. For the way i have been treated you dont get any star. You rubish.

I dissagree with the negative reviews ..this it the best fish n chip kebab place. The food is fresh and piping hot.

Save yourself the money and go to quality pizza instead better kebab meat and better burger meat and something for everyone on the menu and they know how not to drown food in so much sauce you can't taste the food and if you pay for cheese you get cheese

The fish and chips are the best honestly forget the other places,the plaice is highly recommended,only place i will go to,cant comment on other products but great friendly service

Fish and chips are so hit and miss, Ocean Fishbar seems to hit the mark each time. I didn't like their kebabs as much and the spring roll was just the strangest thing ever. Love their sausages (oh matron) but yet to try their fish.
