Papa John's in Dacorum

Only one star as I have to. called first as food reported as deliverd when it had not even been deliverd and would still be another 5 minutes. to finally receive the food for it to be cold! and the garlic pizza bread like a cardboard Frisbee looked as If it had been cooked twice. I called the store to be told I was lying and spoken to in not a very nice manner I said they could come back and try a slice and he was basically still telling me I'm a liar. rude unprofessional man! with bad customer service.

This was my first Paps John's and I have expected more from what I've heard. I'd say very average Pizza, I would definitely prefer authentic Italian Pizza. The price was average too.

Worst pizza ever. Bit into a slice and it was as if whatever was used to partition the pizza hadn't been cleaned.

Always late no matter what time or day you order. You call up for an update as the 'tracker' will claim its been delivered and you still get lied to about where your food is. Order from a different area!!

I ordered a few times... Garlic sauce awful, chicken never cooked well enough sauce just thrown on.. Always having to put it into the oven. Going back to Dominos. Sorry guys.. My household not happy

I had ordered BBQ Chicken pizza from this outlet on Tuesday, 7th July 2020. After some time I wasn’t feeling well and eventually I threw up. And later on my stomach was upset. It was a bad experience. And I hope you will take my complaint seriously and look into this matter immediately.

Ordered pizza during lockdown trusting the contact free delivery, to my surprise they delivered a side order for which the quality seal was tampered, upon calling the outlet the manager Micky didn't bother to address the concern, never ordering Papa John's again. Can I give less than 1 star????

Pizza ordered at work. It was warm. However some of the toppings had seeped through so it was a watery base.

Ordered three x size last Friday. Rarely order Pizza but it was convenient. One Chicken BBQ. One Meat feast. One Greek (veggie)Delivery on time as promised. All tasted the same. Hardly any meat on meat feast. Miniscule cubes of chicken on the Chick BBQ. No chilli pepper on the Greek. In fact very poor, very salty, soggy and dull. Never again.

1 hour 10 minutes for cold food to be delivered, with part of the order missing. Another hour and still no sign of missing part of the order. Over the phone they have offered to send out the missing bit (wow, that's generous of them!) OR a discount on the next order. What about send out what I ordered AND give a discount on the next order for the inconvenience of waiting 2 and a half hours (and counting), or don't you want to keep customers?
