Decent selection of fresh bread, cakes and sandwiches.

Service was lovely, although got all of my order wrong. I didn’t want tomato ketchup, got ketchup and I wanted a soft bap and got a sandwich and I asked for crispy bacon and unfortunately it wasn’t. The place itself is lovely and I’m sure it’s a lovely place, we just didn’t what we asked for sadly. My partners order was right and his food was lovely, unfortunately I couldn’t eat mine.

Got food delivered from these guys. Rock hard and cold. Do NOT get deliveries from them. I've used before but will never use again, unwilling to help and told me the food left them in perfect condition so the driver must have over cooked it then put it in a fridge on the way.... do not recommend.

Stayed one time to have breakfast. Servers were young (possibly 6th-formers); this is a food serving shop, where they handle food, both take out and eat in... My gripe is I observed at least two of the female servers push their hair behind their ears regularly throughout the time I was in the shop. Not Good... They prob won't make them take a level 2 food hygiene course, given they are part-time school'kids', and if they do, then shame on them for not training them better. Their service skills were just about polite enough maybe even expected of a teenager, but come on, Service should be professional and courteous, no matter the establishment, and where food is being sold, hygienic. On this occasion, the workers were not rude, just unprofessional with their communication "would you like" is much better and more courteous than "do you want" and most importantly, stop touching your faces/hair 🤦🏻🚫🙆‍♀️🚫The food was fine though, just not confident it was 'that hygienic' 😒

Food is lovely and staff are very friendly. However as a vegetarian I won’t be returning since they seemingly do not have contamination procedures between handling meat and non-meat products. No glove changes, sharing the same utensils and cutting boards and worst of all, they initially put meat in my sandwich after mishearing me, removed it and continued to use the same bread. So disappointing.

Love their bakes and drinks. Cakes are delicious and pies are flavourful. I have given 4 stars as they are missing the dietary labels on their items like allergy info or vegan/vegetarian info. They do provide a list of ingredients if you ask them so you need to know all E numbers and their source to ensure they are right for you!
