Just had an amazing lunch. I had lamb chops new pots carrots and green beans in an awesome gravy and the wife had a huge goats cheese and walnut salad. What can I say apart from go and try it yourself. Great portions and very friendly staff with a great choice of ales and lagers. I am stuffed. Had to eat some of the wife’s as she could not finish it.

Friendly and inexpensive and quick for lunch on a Bank Holiday Monday.Scampi chips and mushy peas with Pepsi Max, and, Mozarella sticks with salsa and pink G&T was £25.Fullers input with cask ales too. Lots of old memorabilia and kitsch loos lovely.Recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful Place. The safe are amazing, especially Natalie. Cant wait to visit again. Its been a long time since I've been to such a homely, welcoming pub with such an amazing atmosphere
