Had a good pub lunch. Staff slightly disorganised but got the work done. Could do with a smartening up.

Loved the owners car on the forecourt, not been in but lots going on according to the board outside the pub

This pub is a lovely gem in Boxmoor, just outside Hemel town centre. The staff are really friendly. The landlord of the pub takes time to say hello to customers. Food lovely. Sundays Roasts served from heaven ;-)

I now live abroad & I'd not been back to the UK since 2015. It was a food pit stop after skiing with friends & their youngsters.... the owners and staff were VERY accommodating and, even though it was quite late in the evening, adapted the menu for the children. A very homely feel to the pub.... Food choice was so great it actually took me a long time to choose what I wanted.... and I wasn't disappointed.... THOROUGHLY ENJOYED!!! 🤗

Owners are great people and very welcoming. Nothing is too much hard work for the staff, they all willing to go extra mile to make customers happy. 10/10 customer service. In a great location aswell, as it sits overlooking a nice common, amazing in the summer

I go here once a year and I really like this pub. Great clientele and the staff work hard

Love the pub - a favourite of mine from years past. Visited again last week and I was disappointed in the new menu. Not a lot of choice and quite expensive.
