The White Horse in Dacorum

Lovely meal. Not cheap but reasonable for a quality, well presented meal. Big pub with cosy nooks and open fire place. Twinkling lights. Big garden to sit and eat in. Friendly staff.

Superb food, really enjoyed my steak and ale pie. Very good service, attentive but not rushed. Rest of my family enjoyed their food too. Another plus, food was served hot, not lukewarm. Well done to all involved in providing the service. Will go back again.

Had an amazing Sunday roast at the White Horse just now! Tasty food and huge portions. Lovely, spacious interior - tables spaced well apart(the outdoor area is also very big). The staff were very friendly and attentive. A huge plus point for us is that the pub is dog friendly, so we'll definitely be back again! :)

The white was excellent, the staff could not do enough to make sure things were OK with our meals. My wife didn't really like one dish, it wasn't badly cooked but it just wasn't for her. When the staff member came to collect he asked if there was something wrong with it and was told no. The staff member said if anything was wrong at all they would have changed it for an alternative. Very professional.

Second time visited and the same excellent standard of service was offered all the way through our stay. Can't recommend this establishment enough. A great team with smiles to serve you with what you wish. Definitely going again and strongly recommend. Great job guys! ( Again!) 😁👍👏👏👏👏

Carl is a very friendly host and runs a very pleasant pub with a relaxed atmosphere. The Oatburst beer was worth the journey and the food was very good too. Good experience.

We took my Mum here for Sunday lunch and we all enjoyed the food which was excellent. They also do smaller size portions if you have a smaller appetite. My Mum and I had this and it was just right for us. My husband had the full plate which had quite a lot more meat on it so it would definitely have been too much for me. The atmosphere and surroundings are very comfortable and relaxing. Overall, great value for money and we will definitely go again when we are visiting my Mum.

We had a fantastic Christmas meal for a table of 10 guests. The food was absolutely delicious and the service exceptional with special mention to our waiter Dan.The pub was the perfect place with for a cosy meal. It's a five star from us 🤩

We had a Christmas dinner/party at The White Horse and it was lovely. The pub has a beautiful old (very old) world charm. The food was fantastic and the staff were awesome. Dan was brilliant (employee of the month). Thank you team White Horse.......X
