Ordered a takeaway and it was probably one of the best I've had in a long time! Would highly recommend

Ordered a takeaway from Just Eat - It was generally decent and reasonably priced. Would probably order again but didn't particularly rate the Onion Bhaji's - they were a bit soggy when they arrived. Taste of everything was enjoyable.

Today is Valentine's Day.So at 5.30 placed an order, as new would be busy. Said 45 mins for home delivery, cash on delivery. Great!!! 6.45 rung as food not delivered yet, Man on phone said sorry, out now for delivery... 7.10 rung again, this time said I had never even placed an order, but started asking what the food order was!! I replied no thank you, and why wasn't I just told truth and sorry. Then to top it off have just had order delivered at 7.45, said No to delivery driver, they apologized, not there their fault .Always have had good food and service,

gave me the wrong curry and denied that they did, wanted to charge £9 to send me the curry that i clearly asked for.

Waste of money. 20 minutes to make 2 dishes, 4 sides and 2 breads..... clearly that shows you the quality. Mest dish was clearly just some pre cooked chicken warmed up in a sauce. Also absolutely no veg you would expect to see as part of the seasoning in the curry either, like garlic/onion/chillies/peppers/tomatoes etc. One of the chutneys also tasted like basic ketchup with a bit of diced onion and seasoning. Will avoid in the future

Have eaten here and regularly get take aways. The pricing is good with most meals including a pilau rice. The food is excellent. A nice mix of the British Indian and some authentic dishes which I highly recommend.

Picked up a take away last night (7/8/17), and the food was very good. Asked a member of staff for some advice on the menu, and they were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, about the dish I wanted. My order was delayed due to a misunderstanding, of the dish I ordered, however, I was informed, and not just kept there waiting. Overall a very good experience. Many thanks, I shall eat there again.

Nice looking place, went because of the good reviews. Had a table at 6.30 on a busy Saturday night. We had starters and admittedly took some time to choose. Service was slow though, very slow, by the time we got drinks and ordered we were then told two of the things we wanted were not available. They should have said at the start, but we ordered. It then it took forever to get food despite not being too busy in the restaurant at that time and even the extra drinks we ordered I had to ask where they were. Sadly, we couldn't drink the tap water as it tasted of chemicals, either sterilising tablets or dishwasher detergent so had to go with bottled. Once the food arrived we had no complaints and wolfed it down, very tasty, well presented and we were very hungry by that point. Sadly this place suffers from the same thing Siam Saab and The Chequers and many other restaurants do, the Diner's service suffers at the expense of the take-out customers, please get more staff! In the end the experience was not worth the price tag of nearly £25 pp and we may only be back for a take-out if 'The Old Scotch' in Newmarket disappears.

It was a busy Saturday night and we turned up for a table for 4 people without making a reservation. We experienced a very worm welcome by the management and got a table within 5 minutes although the restaurant was almost packed. Following the drinks and Papadams we tried the 'Chef's special Sharing plates', they were absolutely delicious. Very lovely and friendly staff, recommended us some of the uncommon dishes that you hardly can find in any Traditional Indian Restaurant. From the SPECIALITY BOARD, we tried SEA MIXED GRILL, mouthwatering and terrific lovely taste, that I never tasted before along with Spicy Chilli Fusion and other regular stuff, rice, Naan etc. Thoroughly enjoyed the DINING OUT. WILL GO AGAIN, by booking the table. Just don't want to missed out.

Was very quite(well till we got there) three couples on a Friday eve and us because we got date mixed up for another curry place nearby.Meal was good when we eventually got it, we waited ages for order to be taken and the service was very slow.Asked for water we got a very small jug with no glasses not good for a table of 9.It's a same the service problems took over the evening but the food is good tho.Maybe a takeaway would be on the cards for next time.
