Burger King in East Cambridgeshire

They should improve the dining area. I like the burger. But the place is depressing to eat inside. You almost prefer to order to go.

Worst place possible. My partner got food poisiong on the 5th Jan. I kept calling to inform them and it's taken 10 days to find records ect and they've only found half of what they are looking for 🙄. He had the ambulance out. We know its not a bug and he hasn't eaten anything else without me eating the same. Will never go back! Beware!!!!!!

I would put 0 stars but that isn't an option. I was in the drive through for 1 hour to get to the front and be told they have run out of meat???Why wasn't there a sign advising the customers? Why was the waiting time so long? They have a lot of issues and I wouldnt advise going

Good service, the usual menu at Burger King. If you're looking for fast food, the flame grilled burger is a cut above the other burger chains with fried burgers.

Bit of a surprise here. Haven't been to BK anywhere that much, and hadn't previously been that impressed. But this location and this visit (drive thru), I have to give top marks. The main things for fast food experience, service, food hot, good taste and even really quick. All spot on. I like the range of sauces as well (compared to other fast food outlets). Will definitely come back to this branch again.Update: Still really good whenever we've called back at this branch of BK.

Of the two I know about in Cambridge. One being in addenbrookes hospital... The Ely Burger King is well placed as its on my way home. Unlike the other two, it has a drive through. The staff have always been polite and professional. As for the food. It's exactly what you expect it to be.The only downside. There's very limited seating. 4 maybe 5 tables.

They forgot to give us three packs of onion rings, which I don't think they'd actually charged us for, but disappointing. We had 3 cheeseburgers; all had no ketchup or pickles, the buns were really dry. The whopper was the best of the items that we bought and the chips were ok. Obviously we were expecting burger king items and not gormet food but overall we weren't impressed.

Waited way too long for delivery. Better off ordering from McDonald's which can actually deliver on time. Next time, Burger King should have a policy that says 30 minutes delivery or its free. Ridiculous for the price you spend.

It's burger king. It was as you'd expect. The chilli cheese bites were very nice.I must say though, the staff were lovely.We had take out and say by the river to eat.
