Domino's Pizza in East Cambridgeshire

I've called threw times and they still haven't even picked up the phone

I called in and all I wanted was a Garlic Bread with Cheese and they wouldn't make me one, so I went home and got one delivered to me from a better Takeaway!!!

Why can’t they cut up the slices….. other than that good pizza 🍕

This location used to be pretty good, but have gone down hill over the past year. Tonight we ordered at 4:49pm on a Wednesday, the tracker said the pizza was delivered at 5:40 and the pizzas showed up at 6:10 barely luke warm. Very disappointed.

Awful. Took about an hour and a half to arrive, was stone cold, missing food and I’ve now called 16 times to complain over 2 days and no answer. Absolutely awful

Ordered food and the tracker said it had been delivered. Waited about 15 mins for the elusive food to arrive and it didn’t. I called the shop and eventually spoke to someone - the food hadn’t even left the shop. It arrived barely like lukewarm and missing the drink I’d paid for. The driver said she’d go get it, but she never did. Funnily enough, I didn’t get an email asking for feedback!

We have been ordering From Dominos from 2014 and it’s really good pizzas as the dough is freshly made and not left for weeks and weeks so if you want to, Definitely give Dominos a try.

Awful - don't botherQuick to take payment online, but when you need a refund it takes up to 2 weeks to arrive in your account ?!? Miraculously their card machine can't process refunds, but I'm sure it would work again if I was looking to pay them more money.Ordered at 7pm online. Still waiting at 9.50pm. No courtesy update. No estimate time of arrival at time of booking. No opportunity to decide I didn't want to wait 3 hours +. The order confirmation says if you are having any problems you can only call the branch telephone number, no other contact methods available. Convenient. Called around 10 times. No answer. Got in the car. Found a number of people in there all waiting to complain. Also their bookings were from around 7pm. Chaos. Phone ringing constantly and not being answered. Undoubtedly further people trying to get hold of an unanswered phone to complain. Cannot hear a thing there is so much noise. Everybody has to shout to be heard. Staff having to move masks away from mouth to be heard. No social distance going on whatsoever.I don't think I could find another way to make this service less customer friendly.The food is mediocre for the price they charge on any day, so Domino's Ely do deserve 1star, for reminding me that its time to stop paying for severely overpriced underwhelming pizza's.I look forward to the next 2 weeks of checking my account for a refund.

Ordered online, was told 15 minutes.Drove for 15 mins to get to the store as it was the most local.When I arrived, I was waiting for 10 minutes before I was even greeted.To then be told it was another 40mins. So that would have be 65mins from order time. I requested a refund and cancelled my order.Wouldn't use them again.

Ordered 75 minutes ago when the app said 18-22 minutes for delivery. According to the tracker it was cooked and out for delivery an hour ago. Starting to wonder if the delivery driver is enjoying his pizza. Called the store, apparently they're busy (!) and I'm assured that when it arrives the pizza won't be cold. Well, not stone cold I'm sure. I don't think we'll be using this store again.Edit: After calling the store, the food arrived 5 minutes later. Wasn't hot; it had obviously been cooked on time but sat on the side waiting to be delivered. We've had many nice pizzas since (from independent pizza takeaways). Might use Dominos again one day but this experience really put me off.
