Frankies Pizza in East Cambridgeshire

Thanks to Joanna who served us in the most efficient and professional way, in a very busy understaffed restaurant. The staff working the shift on sat 26/03/22 were amazing. In particular Joanna who looked after us. Thank you. Cocktails delicious and great value for money.

Came around 9pm Friday night, Food was nice, too much for me to handle! Waitress was also very polite and lovely, deserves a raise that one! clean restaurant, atmosphere was the right level. Couldn't fault it. :)

Came to visit family and had a gift card to use so decided we would stop at Frankies.The big franchise turned us away, we rang the smaller one and spoke to a lovely lady confirming they had space.Well the food was amazing for the price it is, and the service was outstanding ( a young red headed girl from Bulgaria unfortunately forgot her name).Thank you to the whole team as they were all amazing!!

Came here with my family was approached by this man he asked of we had booked a table we said no but we would like a table for 2 and 1 baby seat for my child, the response we got was "if you have not booked in advance then you can't expect a baby seat you have to be more organized" which was very rude and disappointing as this is not the first time we have been there without booking. He then went on to say "you can go opposite to Chiquitos they can accommodate you we can't right now" we will never be returning to this restaurant again very disappointing customer service. On the other hand we have a lovely meal with amazing customer service at Chiquitos so thanks for the recommendation!!

Brilliant experience. Walked in 30mins before opening time with my two small children. I was able to take a seat and order food even though the restaurant was not officially open. Which was very understanding as I had two hungry children!The staff were polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was good! They even gave me some discount at the end and a card for a free starter next time. It’s a brilliant place to take younger kids and I will be returning!

Had a lovely meal out (Peterborough Cygnet Park branch) and received exceptional service by our waitress, Maria. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure we felt welcomed and looked after; excellent customer service. Would go back again just because of the service. Thank you Maria! Food was good too.

My local is Frankie and Bennies in Hampton, Peterborough. Every time I go the service is amazing. The staff all was go out of their way to make sure we are happy and enjoying our meal, especially Joanna. I amazed at how good their Vegan menu is and would recommend it to anyone.

For a chain restaurant you can simply not get better then here for a really personal and lovely lunch/dinner out! On this occasion it was lunch for my besties birthday abs yet again they made with perfect and special!Just love love love this place! Great for all ages abs caters brilliantly for allergies too. XxxI’d give 10 starts if I could x

Had a great experience thanks to our server for the evening, Sam. She was a great help with any problems we had with our food. Cannot praise her enough, her persistent smile and down to earth attitude was enough to leave us walking away satisfied!

What a fabulous evening for my bday celebration. The service was amazing and the food matched up too! We were sat chatting and the waiter brought over a little birthday treat. Perfect little surprise. Thanks so much for making my evening that little but more special. Highly recommend
