Golden Dragon in East Cambridgeshire

I didn’t want to be harsh but the sweet and sour Hong Kong style chicken we ordered just had a bunch of raw sliced onions over the top with a some peppers and pineapple in the sauce.Pieces of the chicken were hard from being over cooked.The dish just didn’t look appetising at all. Would not order from again!

Really disappointed with my takeaway. Tasteless and over cooked. Not cheap either. Won't be going there again.

Satay chicken on skewers was amazing an the egg fried rice as well, i ordered an extra pot of the sauce and it was so good indeedThis is my opinion and nobody else's.

Ordered here by accident but thought hey ho let’s give it ago! It was really easy to order online and was delivered in good time, but the food really wasn’t very good, which is a complete shame, as if it had been as nice as where we normally go, we would have gone back as they deliver and the take away we usually use doesn’t. It’s a real shame, never mind.

The hot and sour soup is decent and a large portion so that's a positive! And we didn't get sick....... That was it..... The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style sauce is store bought or something but it tasted awful, the egg fried rice had a strange after taste and just didn't taste right....the rest of the meal was horrible..... I don't recommend this place and honestly in these tough times a good product is key to survival and with this kind of food they won't last long. Good luck in your future endeavour and please stay away from food industry.

The food just wasn't very good at all and really lacking in flavour. The chili beef was particularly disappointing, the sauce was so bland and it just tasted like sweetened water. Delivery was prompt though

We have a delivery from the Golden Dragon every Saturday night. Always top quality, chicken balls and prawn balls are huge, best sweet and sour sauce around. Reliable and friendly service, highly recommended.

So this is our local chinese and we have pretty much ordered a lot from this menu. The main meals (stir frys, rice etc) are not great BUT their starters are so good that we get full off them and only ever get starters from them! Best crispy duck pancakes we've ever tasted. Would also recommend the sesame prawn toast and garlic mushrooms.

Website easy to order from and delivery arrived quicker than expected, with a friendly delivery driver. However, that's the only positives of my experience. The sauce on the satay chicken is more of a watery liquid than a sauce. Chicken was very dry and over cooked, couldn't even bite into it. Noodles were fine, but not good. Sweet sour chicken again, overcooked. Wouldn't recommend or go again.

Was delivered quickly, generous portion and good quality. I would for sure order again and it's good that they deliver to other villages! @Picture; Chips and chicken chow mein.
