KFC in East Cambridgeshire

Just got a 10 piece family feast from here. Checked the chicken bucket before I left as I've had a problem before & counted 6 legs. Complained & they swapped out 2 legs for 2 other pieces. When we got home & emptied the bucket out properly we still had 5 legs so originally must've had 7 & all the other pieces were thighs. For £20 I expect at least 1 breast piece. Thats the 2nd time we've had nothing but legs & thighs. Never again.

It's advertised as fast food but today it took 47min to get only two thirds of our meal. I ordered a 10 piece family feast bucket with 2 large sides of beans, when it finally came to the window no beans but got offered gravy which I declined, got home (5 minute drive) the fries were cold, and I do mean cold and only had 8 pieces of chicken which were so greasy the coating was actually soggy and inedible. I tried to call the restaurant to speak to someone but after 10 minutes I gave up. In the end I went to the local chip Shop .KFC charged £18 for food fit for the bin. I won't be wasting my time or money there again.

I don’t have kfc very often, guess it’s one of those secret pleasures. Anyway called in 11.15 on Saturday morning… young lad says they’re closed. Went again the following day, first thing you noticed was the queues and second thing you notice is the filthy tables, not one but several. Ordered a mighty bucket for one… which just ended up being a bad… ordered a tango but only after a 20 minute wait did the server tell me there was no tango… poor service, zero management on site. Sadly all these types of outlets have given priority to those who cannot make an effort to visit so for deliveroo, uber and just eat drivers get priority service…. Everyone else gets a third rate service…. Can’t see them getting my custom again

Trash, staff don't seem to care, probably because they aren't properly trained or understaffed.Food is fine but service is atrocious. Poor management here, always busy, could be a great location but poor management has ruined it. Seems like most of the staff have had no customer service training and don't take their jobs seriously.I would avoid this location until management get their heads out the sand and take charge.Clean enough inside but again overshadowed but the poor poor service.

Drive thru took 25 minutes then the young lad at the collection window pushed the food through the service door, I said to him there was chips missing from the order, he said ughh I can't see them on the order, but I had the recept and before i could show him he chucked them luckily I caught them or they'd be on the floor. Absolute joke, will not be returning in a hurry!

Its a KFC. High calories greasy fried food server by people who so obviously don't want to be there. I hate how tasty the food is and the mere thought of it makes my stomach rumble, yet the aftermath bloat and discomfort leaves me asking why I did it to myself!

They had no chicken on the bone! The service was terrible. Had chicken strips instead which was not very nice and seemed strange colour on one of them. Chips were like cardboard and cold. During the night was quite ill which could only of been the chicken. My son also was very ill afterwards as well a week earlier. Will not be going back.

Sadly Ely KFC often run out of the things I like. Today it was gravy and I am guessing from the portion sizes, they were low on chips.

Only got one star because I couldn't give it zero. Never a manager around to deal with complaints. Slow service, took half an hour to order and get food despite there only being a family of 4 in front of us. They forgot my coleslaw and when mentioned it was thrown across the counter. Last on front serving clearly couldn't cope but had no back up. I have included a photo of a sign they have, think your staff need to learn that aggression isn't necessary to your customers as well. Avoid unless you have no other choice.

Absolutely disgusting. No hygiene at all, when I was working at KFC, it was mandatory for us to wear hair nets. WHERE ARE YOURS?Halfway through eating my food, I have noticed a black hair???!Absolutely the last time we will be ordering from here, until you up your hygiene game.
