Starbucks in East Cambridgeshire

The staff were polite and took our order.we were a large group and all the cakes were fresh. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks. The only downside was that some of the tables needed to be cleared and wiped down and the floor needed to be swept in places. It was very busy, so I can understand why this hadn't been done. I will definitely be going back as I love the coffee.

Very clean, aircon a little chilly but otherwise a great outlet

The cafe is quite quaint and pleasant to relax in and the coffee is exactly what you'd expect from a Starbucks. The only problem I had with the cafe was that perhaps they might be a tad understaffed as I see litter on most tables after customers have left and I only see 2 people serving in the cafe.

Great staff but wish they had more salads and soups.

I was served my Emily and Evie today. Evie is always lovely when she’s working and Emily made such a lovely coffee with a perfect rosetta. Highly recommend

There is always a smiley face waiting for you in this particular Starbucks. Yes, they are a chain store, but they are a local one and know many people by there first names and always remember what your fave drink is. The service is always friendly, professional and carried out with a smile. The store itself is always clean & tidy and they always have a wide selection of food in store, both savoury & sweet. It’s also a large store with an up & downstairs, so there’s usually always a seat. All in all an excellent Starbucks made all the better because of the staff 😊 The Pecan & Sticky Toffee Buns are delicious 😋

Went to Ely Starbucks to treat my son and myself to a delicious coffee and was sorely disappointed. Both coffees were burnt and tasted bitter. I suggest some retraining so the baristas don’t rush so much and burn the coffee. We’re one bad drink away from never returning again.

Always a welcoming and friendly service, with plenty of seating and even a quiet area for those who want to get work done upstairs.Highly recommended for the travelling entrepreneur looking to get a bit of work done and enjoy good service and a nice selection of drinks - both hot and cold.

Sizeable store with an upstairs for more seats. Store is well maintained by enthusiastic staff that are friendly and even remember my regular order. Great coffee at a great price.
