The Crown in East Cambridgeshire

A nice place to go out to drink. There is off road parking and plenty of room to stand and sit inside. The garden gets alot of sun in the summer.EDIT: 21/11/20 This pub is currently closed and the car park is closed off.EDIT: 22/03/22 This is now a curry house

I personally found the food to be bland, piled in the middle of the plate. Service was bad, at one point I was left holding the poppadoms as there was no room on the table! We asked for chutneys to be left, the young waiter shrugged and took them away as table was filling up!!. I personally won't be rushing back.

Not a pub anymore. We had a takeaway from here that was disappointing for us, maybe it's just not the style that we enjoy. We ordered two different curries that looked and tasted identical.....maybe a mix up. Haven't eaten in as it was during lock down so cannot comment on the full experience. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Very welcoming pub. The locals were very inclusive and definitely didnt make us feel like strangers. Good service and decent prices. Thank you.

Good size pub, has ample car parking and garden space. Really friendly staff !

Recently under new ownership and the atmosphere has cleaned up. Pool table, darts team, occasional bbqs, restaurant area (currently only food at weekends) , bar area, or outside seating. Car park on site. Wheelchair accessible. Not widest range of drinks. Snacks available (crisps, nuts, chocolate). Very friendly and helpful owner. Quiet.

Lovely pub with super friendly staff. The merlot was excellent and the Sunday roast plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended.

Awesome pub. Great drinks. Amazing food (highly recommend the steak and cheese baguette) and even better atmosphere.

Not a bad pub. Be even better if people didn't sit around the pool table not moving while trying to take a shot. Plenty of space to sit else where ffs.

Call in last week for our first carvery ,must say food was excellent plenty of meat on good size plates ,the chef was very polite and made us feel very welcomed ,we will go back for another great dinner and to bring our friends next time
