Cozy and comfy pub. Husband and I had dinner. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was lovely! We shared salt and pepper squid starter and it was gorgeous. Our mains were very tasty, as was dessert. The staff checked on us several times and they were lovely! Highly recommend this pub. We had a great experience. Very relaxing atmosphere and really nice people.

Met my friends for a drink at this quiet and elegant pub. Great service with a smile; comfortable environment for either families or just friends. Will definitely return!

Lovely meal out.I believe we and even the owners were surprised how quiet it was but that did mean there was lots of space and easy to speak to the staff.The food was delightful but possible a little too much on the place because I couldn't manage dessert. 😂

Good food and good service but the booking admin is clumsy. We phoned and the person answering wouldn't take a booking - we had to do it online. So we did and then had to engage on a separate process to send credit card details in advance. We have never had to do this at any other restaurant. They also add service charge (so do the staff get it?) and a charge for PPE! £5 for a non alcoholic beer is outrageous (also bad policy as it discourages the group driver from offering his services). So good food and service but bad management.

Some of the best food we have ever had on our travels. Wonderful staff and lovely atmosphere. Its a tad pricey but if you love food then it's well worth visiting

Our new favourite place - have been twice in the last week. Once with a table for four, the second for just the two of us. Service and staff are excellent. Menu is very well thought out, presentation is excellent. Value is superb! On the busiest night we were impressed at how the waiting staff handled themselves, running a very tight ship. Fantastic value - you cannot get better for the price. You must try the Smoked Appletini.

This beautiful pub has a very homely, old feel whilst being inpecably clean. The food was beautiful, both in taste and presentation. The service was prompt, friendly and accommodating. This is a real gem of a pub and I'd fully recommend giving them a try.
