This is more than a pub, it's the heart of our local community. Not only is the food really, really yummy, the owners are kind, considerate, welcoming and fun.In the few months my husband and I have been living nearby they've made sure we were welcome and would meet our neighbours, and I've seen them go out of their way to reunite stray dogs with their owners.Also, there's the most fantastic professional-looking homemade knitwear occasionally available there...Well worth a visit!

My family and I had the most delicious Xmas lunch at the Red Lion.Absolutely outstanding . Gwyn and Morris made our day so special with their fabulous food.

Lovely traditional pub. The owner was very friendly. We booked the campsite that is situated behind the pub and he allowed us to store our bikes in the pub overnight. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Highly recommended!
