Attended my Grandsons Christening after party at The Rising Sun. Always a great atmosphere there with a fab selection of food prepared by Claire

Superb. Great. A family of 3. Friendly staff, great beers and proper Sunday roast. Son had the home made fudge cake and wife oreo cheesecake...clean plates. Defo returning before we leave this beautiful part of the world.

Great little pub with friendly staff and atmosphere. Food is standard pub grub but served me and a couple of my friends well during a camping trip. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely community / family atmosphere. Excellent Sunday Roast with 3 levels of portion size! Great VFM! Darts, TV, cruel ripostes from Boss Man Pat... What's not to like?!

Excellent pub with two terrific rooms for overnight and excellent full breakfast with lots of choice. Sunday lunch reputation is good and needs advance booking. Good atmosphere in bars.

Fantastic accommodation. Lovely food. Pat , Claire and James amazing hosts. Nothing too much trouble and they make you feel so welcome. Could not fault it, and would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Had a lovely lunch on Sat and booked in for Sunday lunch, was absolutely delicious. Great landlord made us all very welcome including spoiling our little one. Will deffinatly be back when we are back over this way as we are from near Rochester.
