My wife, Jack Russell and I had lunch here on Sunday. One pasta with chicken and one trio of meats roast dinner. Very nice food and good service. Would recommend.

Had to write a quick thank you for a great meal last night. Cannot fault the service or quality.

We thought we'd give this place a try as we walk by often. We got a warm welcome walking in and advice on the beer. It looks lovely and inviting inside and has a nice outside seatting area at the back. We were the only ones outside on a sunny winters day so moved one of the tables to a sunny area on the same paved area. Still only ones outside the waitress comes and says can we not do that in the future as the boss is funny about it. We must have given out gangsta granny and grandpa vibes. Needless to say the future does not see us back.

Highly recommend the lovely food here. This is one of my favourite restaurants to eat at. Maz and his team make amazing food! Great prices! Also have a loyalty card which also is makes a difference if you want to save money! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Worth going to.

Food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. Overall a really pleasant experience, and we will definitely be returning soon.

Went to the Red lion on Sunday afternoon with all my family and friendsfor a birthday treat.Being a Sunday tradition most of the family ordered the roast dinners along with many other Italian dishes .This restaurant is worth travelling a few extra miles if you really love your foodand value for money .The roast was simply the best we have tasted in years . The meat so succulent and the vegetables were ( As Tina Turner would say) simply the best .I must admit I need to follow their example and put a lot more effort into my cooking . Although I could eat at the Red Lion every day . Well done the top man who has the best chef and staffmaking our afternoon a really wonderful experience. Home delivery - great.We were missing our favourite Italian Restaurant and saw that they were dining a delivery service, oh joy!We gave this a try during the lockdown, the main menu is very similar to their normal menu, so we were on familiar ground.Arancini was good, the garlic prawns, starter followed by seafood pasta were as we remembered, and a seafood salad for my daughter was very good.The food is good, service reasonable and the price was more than acceptable, a much better experience than Nonna’s in Hoddesdon town.

We got takeaway pizza on Friday night and it was the best pizza we've had in a very long time. Ordering was easy and we were able to request a specific time to work around putting our baby to bed. Collection was easy too and we can't wait to order again. Thank you!
