If u fancy a indian I really recommend somewhere else Ruby's is nice trying to order was a myth on the phone to some1 who couldn't understand English it did come wen said tho hence the 1 star I hate leaving bad reviews but wen uve eaten it which it was really sweet im indian and this wasn't ive been toilet 4 times grim they must of quickly popped over to sainsbury's and got a microwave meal for us actually thats not fair sainsbury's microwave food is decent first time and last I wish all ur customers luck 🤞🏽🙏💩

Placed an order for takeaway, should have asked the driver to stop off and grab some toilet paper on the way. Both me and my wife were given bad stomach pains and had to rush to the toilet at various points in the night. At one point I was stuck on the toilet and my wife was having to use the sink, this has made for one of the worst nights I have ever had and have spent all day having to clean bedding. Think it’s fair to say it’s been a rather expensive ordeal for what could best be described as spicy dog food.Ruby’s round the corner is the best Indian in Bishops Stortford and there staff are amazing.

UPDATE 27/10/21:After texting the owner about the below, he took the time to phone and apologise, offering us a meal for 6, on him, in his restaurant. I couldn't quite believe this level of customer care!! Amazing.23/10/21:I had such a rubbish experience at your restaurant last night I'm not going to use you again. I had booked a table for 6 at 8pm and when I turned up with my friends you didn't have a table. I was in the bookings book, but there was no reserved table. We had been drinking and we were hungry and the staff didn't know what to do. The man in charge asked us to go to the bar and said he would "sort it out" but he did nothing. Didn't even offer us a drink. I'm the end, we waited 10 minutes and nobody spoke to us. I asked the man in charge whether he was going to find us a table and he just smiled and said "No". He didn't apologise. He just smiled. It was pretty bad service. Anyway, that was the 3rd time I had been there in a month and now I won't ever go in there again. A shambles of a restaurant.
