Caffe Nero in East Hertfordshire

It's not just about coffee. My daughter and I have a Saturday morning routine where we go to CN Hertford for a panini between her Strictly and Perform lessons. Perfect for us.

Our favourite coffee shop in town. Good rewards/points system, easily gaining stamps, extras and freebies. Beautiful tasting coffee and can actually taste the syrups you ask for. Staff always so friendly and some remember our order. We've become regulars. Always lots of dogs visiting inside and out which we absolutely love. Perfect setting.

Great Coffee, friendly service. Outside in the square is good If the weather is fine. Inside the upstairs seating is good for a chat. Often busy.

One of the better ' chain ' coffee shops in Hertford. Good coffee and choice of pastries . Good pedestrian only space outside and well behaved dogs welcome

Excellent as ever. Has a really nice vibe to it, Barista's are excellent and friendly.

Not clean and asked to sit in, which was served in a takeaway cup. Staff didn't seem bothered when I pointed this out

Outside seating areas are filthy. The toilets are in un clean and dirty; a health hazard. Management???? But the Staff are friendly

Staff always so friendly and kind. Helping out with carrying the pram and our drinks out of the store when we chose takeaway. Finding us a high chair and bringing it over to our table when we sit in. Offering baby chinos (free) to our little boy. We've stopped going to Costa now because the coffee tastes better at Nero and you get more rewards and freebies. It's a pleasure to keep visiting on a regular basis.

Love the fact you can take dogs in. I will choose to go here over other coffee shops just because if this one simple thing. Plus they do a lovely chai latte.
