Domino's Pizza in East Hertfordshire

If I could give 0 stars I would! Your lucky u get 1! Almost 3hours 3 HOURS! for 2 large and 1 small pizza when called got told call in half hour called again told wait 5 more mins half hour later finally turns up! 3 whole hours later! Got told no refund unless we return the pizza back 😡😡😡😡 avoid at all costs!

Pizza itself is fine, but since we started ordering from this branch (6months ago) they misuse the tracker and enter that it has been delivered wayyy before it actually has. They say that the app is faulty (not true, as every other store doesn't seem to have this problem) I assume they don't want head office knowing how slow their deliveries are, so try to skew the data by entering early times

So Nasty ! Used to love the place years ago . Has gone downhill so much and the last straw was when the order took an hour to get here AND there was hair under and around my Garlic Bread . Felt like throwing up . Absolutely disgusting , will not be ordering here ever again . Save your time and get your food somewhere where it's not a health risk and that is actually worth it.

I know it's sat night, but 1hr 50mins for an order that was made at 7 o'clock and 2 cold pizzas, not good at all

Food just took nearly 2 hrs to arrive.. app said it was on way 40 minutes ago. Shop said it left 5mins ago.. food is so cold, the cheese is hard and chicken is tough..

Ordered pizzas and sides for the family and waited patiently for and hour before contacting the store to find out where my order was. Was informed that my order had been sent out for delivery 10 minutes earlier, and hour later my food turned up stone cold. I can appreciate the sore being busy, what I can't appreciate is my food sitting in the boot of someone's car for over an hour before being delivered. Won't be ordering from here again

Dont bother ordering on a friday becuase the delivery drivers take too many pizzas at a time and you end up with cold pizza after a long wait.

Always had fast delivery without any problems, today they did mess up my order sending the incorrect pizza (understandable due to busy Friday night) but was quickly rectified and they resent out the correct pizza. Thank you

We ordered pizza last night, on the update it said it was delivered, half an hour later we called to be told it takes upto 2 hours for delivery! 20 minutes later pizza and sides turned up stone cold, called again and finally spoke to a manager who told us he likes cold pizza! We’ll we don’t stay well clear from this place if you like hot pizza

Well to start I had to walk to this place just to talk to someone who spoke English. The price is high but food was not good as you can see from the photos. I paid £31 for pizza and side with 2 desserts .. One of the pizza had bearly any topping or sauce. More crust than toppings
