Huckleberry Chicken in East Hertfordshire

B. Stortford huckleberry is not bad, not good either, one week it's spot on and another it's soggy and just about cooked. Don't bother with delivery it turns up cold or in our case the last time, got delivered to another address. When we rang up 2hrs later asking where the order was the guy on the other end was extremely rude and kept saying delivery went out then hung up. We rang straight back to complain, luckily a lovely woman answered and admitted she'd made the mistake and came back out to us with our order and lots of extra chicken and chips. On conclusion, food is average and with the exception of the woman the customer service is poor.

Great food, nice staff and quick delivery. Nothing to complain about, I am happy ordering from huckleberry!!! Well done guys the new management is the best !!!

I had chicken that was slimy here and it didn’t Eve taste like chicken more like a wet slimy sponge and the buns were stale I do not recommend go across the road and go to Zara’s and get a good curry

My other half ordered food tonight and it's still not come, ordered through just eat at 950pm and it's now 12 and hasn't turned up, thanks alot. Order was confirmed as well so don't understand what happened

Will never order from here again! Didn’t bring my full order out. When I called and asked why not even half of the order was there! They refused to deliver the rest! Very rude

The fact I can't rate it 0 stars is criminal, whoever is running this chicken shop is a joke I waited for over 2 hours for my food and never arrived no refund no sympathy nothing sort it out! Disgraceful.
