KFC in East Hertfordshire

Not always the best when they get slightly busy. Tend to get orders wrong but has improved since some staff changes

Really bad customer service really. But then why would I expect anything different your a captive audience at service stations. We took a spite back as it tasted as if there was no syrup in it to be told there was syrup, they weren't prepared to dispense a little and try it they just offered a different drink. Then I wanted a coffee to be told they didn't do coffee, I said isn't that a coffee machine and their reply was its not working. Just a negative attitude to their customers.

Before I’ll visit this place I saw all the reviews, 3.1 stars is bad but then I said I’ll not charge a book by the cover!! So I visit and I had the worst experience in there, the food as bad as they saying and the staff not polite at all! NEVER AGAIN

Wasn't the best but wasn't the worse ordered the boneless box and the box was double the size of what I got three chicken strips handful of chips and some popcorn chicken bit disappointed but fine for a quick bite before back on the road.

Unbelievable what happened to me here todayvery! Very very bad service, no respect to the customers! Better to stay away from this place. I'll make complain this place to main kfc office today.

I'm very pist off. Guys from the desk, you must take attention to the people who want to pay with cash or vouchers. I'm a lorry driver and I spent all my brake training to buy something to eat and to the end nothing. I have the parking meal vouchers. No-one takes attention on the til. 30 min stay without be served. When I asked for they reply,, we are busy" serving the people ho pay at the machine

Worst experience ever. After paid for my takeaway I got coke in cup with no lid. I asked for change for bottled during tha answer was no. So I wanted to cancel order and they didn't bother to give refund.Manager went off and didn't bother to cancel order just said tk call the number from receipt which was their number.

Ordered food then fire alarm activated in main building everyone had to leave, we weren't sitting in, so had to leave without food as we had be at airport, would have been ages waiting to go back inside, hopefully KFC will do the decent thing and refund our money. Five as not their fault.

Bloody awful, ordered using the self order terminal and when I picked the order up the lady muttered something to me that I couldn't understand as she pointed to my order... the boneless chicken pieces had been sitting for so long they had fused together, and the corn on the cob was horrible, by far the worst kfc I've ever had, chicken poppers were cold too and the few chips that were scattered in the box were like cardboard....on the plus side the Pepsi was nice...would have been nice to get 2 straws with 2 drinks, not 1, but hey, who cares?? The queue was so big I couldn't be bothered to go back and moan, I ordered and paid for ketchup with it but didn't get any... ...come on KFC, you need to send a mystery customer in here and see for yourself..
