Oishii Japanese Restaurant in East Hertfordshire

Amazing Japanese food! Only managed to get a pic of dessert as we were too busy enjoying it!

Food was lovely! Service could do with a tiny improvement. Our waiter got our order wrong and them blamed it on ourselves, bringing the plate he got wrong right at the end of our lunch and refusing to take it back and blatantly refusing to exclude it from our bill

I treated my daughter to a meal out. She loves Sushi and I love Japanese food. We shared the dumplings to start and we had a Sushi cone and Chicken Katsu for main. Love the place, love the food and a big hit with the daughter!

Amazing food. Loved every bite. It was very quiet at lunch time.

Food is well presented and had a lot of variety on the menu for the Katsu curry with a choice of different meats and rice/noodle options.

I had never tried Sushi before my visit to Oishii, but if the last year has taught me anything it is to embrace life and try new things. We came here for my birthday, and my first Sushi experience was out of this world. The starters really set the tone for the rest of the meal, and then the mains arrived. I've already got another visit to this restaurant lined up. If you don't like the thought of raw fish, don't panic - there are plenty of other options available too with either cooked fish or other meats (we can personally recommend the duck).

A really lovely restaurant for sushi fans. The staff are friendly and Elle the owner frequently says hi. The food is just amazing and living outside London it's great to have a local Japanese which isn't too common. The sushi is fresh tasting and the presentation is lovely with a wide selection on the menu. The sushi rice is always slightly warm which is just how it should be and to top it all of the restaurant has a very unique look and setting. Well worth a visit.
