Doesn’t deserve the one star extremely rude staff and for the price you would expect better quality and service.This place won’t be getting my money again!

Best fish&chips in the area.Had many times there, fish is fresh and they seem to change the oil frequently. Highly recommend.

Average food no complaints bit pricey for what it is.

Excellent Fish & Chips. Can order but still have to queue waiting for your order. Friday night 25 minutes queueing and many people behind us. They should have separate service for pre orders.

Have always had a good meal from this fish and chip shop.Food is always hot and never had a bad order. Sometimes the queue can be out the door but trust me it's worth it!

Just moved into area today unfamiliar with local eating establishments reputations, but I think I’ve picked a winner tonight. Very well cooked skate (haven’t had it in years) and chips excellent. With portion sizes which would satisfy most peoples appetites it’s great value for money, no doubt will become favourite of mine.

Terrible chips. Boiled in fat rather than fried: like the fat was not hot enough.The fish I had was Rock which is usually good, but this was slimy and tasted old. Won't be going here again

Walked into this fish shop no customers in there two men behind counter talking there language acknowledged me by looking at me so I say hello can I have batter sausage (uncooked and taste of flour) chicken and mushroom pie (I got given a steak and kidney pie didn't know till I got home but was edible I'm told but lukewarm ) and some potatoes (that was nearly cold I won't be going back to this shop rude shop keepers that can't be bothered to speak English and get a simple order correct

Always has good quality fresh chips, better than all the other options I have found locally. I drive a 6 mile round trip to fetch these rather than walking to alternatives 5 mins away, so that says something. Seem to have nice friendly staff.

Terrible Fish bar.Bad customer service and rude employees.Would not recommend eating from here either.I mistakenly ordered at the wrong fish bar (because it had the same name)Called up and the so called "Chef" was rude, and even laughing at me on the phone.As soon as I ordered I realised it was the wrong fish bar (Around 30 seconds after I ordered)I called straight away and somehow the food was already wrapped up and they could not throw the food away, leading to me not be able to have a refundHe then gave me the managers number..I called that number and he was a little more better to speak to, but still telling me it happens all the time, and will not give me a refund and cannot throw the food away.After the manager called me back and offered me a £5 refund, which is just stupid.This situation costed me £20Poor customer service.Would not recommend this bar.
