It was OK. But I think that you can get better value from a good old Cafe - they won't have the range or the sauces but still better value in my opinion. The staff were nice.

I'm calling in to the Subway at The Wash in Hertford most days for my lunch and am always served efficiently and with a smile by the whole team. They actually talk to me, make me feel welcome and treat me like an individual whose experience matters to them. Good work!

I have probably been to over a hundred different Subway restaurants in the last two decades. This one stands out for knowing how to properly make a Veggy Party with all the salads and I would rank it in the top 10 percent as Subways go. Attention to detail, good ingredient stocking levels, as well as a friendly attitude are the winning attributes here. The place is tiny and there is barely any sitting area, but one of Hertford's nicest parks is right across.

Fresh food and the place looks nice and clean... Staff are polite.. It's a shame there is no parking outside but you can get parked a little further up...Rolls and food look fresh and I'm always a fan of the Tea they use in Subway's compared to some other establishments... Oh yes... you can't beat a Subway's cookie...especially choc chip....

It's a really good subway. They never complain when I'm being fussy and ask for very specific amounts of salad and sauce in my sandwich and they always get it spot on. Staff are friendly and polite.

Very nice subway, good service, good hygiene literally everything. But there was a bad thing one day is that some people I know who came into subway In a large group and only pay for one person and stay inside making it packed because it was cold(they continued to say stuff when I said alternatives to go somewhere else). One other thing is that if you want to go to the toilet you can go across the road. I still like it and go every week.P.s. And yes ik they can't expand
