The Frying Pan in East Hertfordshire

I always get take away food from Frying Pan, their fish and chips are the best I’ve eaten in a long time. Ive about had most of their menu over time, everything is always fresh and cooked perfectly 🙏🏻👍If you want a great take out meal, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else! The guys look after you and very often even give you extra bits - they are super friendly and love what they do. 💥👍👍

Visited the Frying Pan Fish&Chips on a Friday evening. Food was amazing with very generous portions. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. 100% recommended!

Love this place, reasonable prices and always friendly service, chips were delicious and cold my fussy niece loved thankyou.

My partner and I drove past our usual Fish and Chip takeaway,and the queue was so large that we suggested coming here. To our surprise it was almost empty. It's under new management and it really shows!We got home with our cod,large chips and sausage,and the quality was unreal. Not only do you get a decent portion,but I found myself leaving none of the fish whatsoever! Usually I would need to leave a lot of batter and there's not enough fish inside. This fish however,(as well as everything else) was probably the freshest I've ever had! So much so that we went back the following week for more. The guys who now run it are not only friendly,kind and helpful,but you can tell they really do care about the food they're cooking. They're well worth a visit if you're walking through town or you're stuck on what to have!

New management in the last couple of months.Very friendly service and they really go the distance to please the customer!Fish & Chips are always freshly made and fried to perfection! I haven't had a bad meal here yet!They definitely deserve 5 Stars!

Really friendly staff, good customer service and nice food. It’s my favourite fish and chips in hertford. I especially like that the fish and chips combo comes in box, so it doesn’t get soggy. They also have paper bags instead of plastic.

Best fish and chips we’ve ever had! Fish is always fresh and flaky, never dry. Chips are always freshly cooked. Happy to have this so close to us.

Has always been good. But not sure why the difference lately but been exceptional lately. Fish cooked excellently. Fresh chips everything perfect. Make it a regular Friday thing now. 👍👍
