Great little place with amazing food and really good espresso. Have to give a shout-out to my bartender “Orange Butter” and her buddy “Android Carrot”.

Nice atmosphere, tasty food with interesting combinations, delicious fish.Good place for special occasions.Beware: olives, bread, or any additional food like mashed potato or salad is not for free:)

Back for the first time since before lockdown. Refreshingly, despite a move to a new location, Lussmans is every bit as good as before. A tasty menu, attentive staff, and a lovely seeing - what more could you ask for...

Food was very nice...just a little pricey for lunchtime.

Ordered sprats as starter but served 11 (counted) whitebait, but with no apology or explanation. Main course of duck leg (really good) was served with a couple of tablespoons of bland and tepid red cabbage. The jug of sauce was cold and was sent back, reappearing too late for the meal. Overall, very disappointing food.Wine was good, but there was no 2nd bottle of our choice available.Pleasant service but we will not eat here again.

We went to this restaurant after seeing great reviews online calling it a must see in Hertford - and they were spot on!!Beautiful food, great portions with lots of flavour, and beautiful cocktails too! All with set menu options and affordable prices!We had a fantastic visit here, with very friendly service, and food that left us certain we would return some time soon!Thank you Lussmanns! The food was excellent! We will come back!The steak and frites were good, it's one of their signature dishes, they have had this dish for ages. They perfected it such that they offer it in the kids menu and the kids love it.🤩

Bit pricey for what it is. Service excellent but just felt food was no better than OK for the price. Wine too was nice but at the upper end of what I would consider acceptable. Noisy, too. Was hoping for a slightly more relaxing environment. Sorry I can't give a higher score as nothing majorly wrong, but genuinely don't think I can award higher.

The food was wonderful, so very tasty, although the portion sizes could have been a little larger for the price and because it was so delicious. I had the halibut rarebit and the orange and bitter orange creme brulée, both highly recommended. Staff were lovely too!

Absolutely amazing, classy, elegant restaurant.Made a large booking with them for 25 people, they were very accomodating and so helpful in planning our event.All our guests were very pleased!We'll definitely return.
