Was OK. Nice people. Waiter/ bar staff were unfortunately too attentive though 😕

We visited again for a quick supper. Great pub, tasty food, quick service, lovely staff Highly recommend!

Rustic pub in country setting with welcoming staff. Great food and local ales, large garden with play area. Limited parking.

Our favourite place to eat. Excellent food - love that much of the ingredients are sourced from nearby Church Farm. Really nice, relaxed atmosphere inside.

Lovely pub in a little village, great staff, good food. Wonderful fireplace and fire. Doesn't get much better.

They were happy to reserve a table of 12 for a group of cyclist. Food was great with an inclusive vegetarian menu. Nice. Also the beer Twitched was fantastic with a wide range of tastes and flavours on the nose and pallette.

Exceptional. We arrived (without notice) and asked for a table for my wife and our two young children for food. After a quick check we were given a table for 2 hours which suited us fine. The food and service was excellent. We couldn't fault it in any way. Will certainly be returning. Thank you all..

Lovely welcome by Manuela who could not do enough for us! Went back a few times and for breakfast was lovely. Beef burger was delicious they use the farm meat and it was truly divine. Prawn salad was a little salad just not enough sauce a but dry. Cod was lovely and the breakfast was good. Could do speciality coffees like the cafe on the farm they are soo good!!!

Good food at good prices with quality ingredients. Friendly helpful staff. Nice size garden for outdoor eating, with children's play area to keep the little ones entertained. Located in a pretty little Hertfordshire village. Definitely stands out from other pub-restaurants in the area.
