Lovely place, very clean and friendly staff, drinks are very good and well prepared. Do recommend ( I’m sure we’ll be back)

Our server Jordan was wicked and so knowledgeable. A member of our party was vegan and Jordan was so helpful and helped us find all the vegan options, especially with the martini, which was peach instead of martini and became vegan because of that.He was so lovely and made our experience so much better.

Group of five. Strict one drink limit. Really enjoyed my raspberry colada. Refreshing caipirinha. Reasonable linchberg lemonade.7

Really good quality cocktails, friendly staff!

My wife and I went in one Wednesday night for cocktails. Had a great time playing board games which we didn't know they had! Jacqueline was a fantastic host , very attentive and had lovely chat. We will definitely be going back she was great!

I visited The Snug last weekend while in Hertford. It was such a lovely atmosphere! All the staff were very friendly however Myrah went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! She was bubbly and chatty and made our time there even more enjoyable. She was able to recommend some delicious cocktails especially the Fiesta Havana which was one of our favourites! We cannot wait to visit The Snug again. Huge thank you to Myrah and the team :).

Very nice. Still on the high side of prices but their happy hour makes up the difference.

With it's cozy, warm decor and a small but attractive garden, the snug is a friendly and comfortable place.The cocktails are well mixed and maybe a little too tasty!Happy hour lasts from 3-7pm, with two for the price of one on all drinks.All together, an entirely pleasant place.

Love this place. Foods really good along with service from staff. Nice atmosphere in evenings.I recommend the Chicken Wings (with Frank's Hot Sauce of course) and the burgers are great too.
