Wok U Like in East Hertfordshire

If I could give zero stars I wouldOrdered 19.09 by 20.00 no sign so called and was told “we have no orders here it’ll be with you soon” I asked how long has my order been out… was told 30mins. I was incredulous asking how? I’m less than 3 miles away - the food will be horrendous by the time it gets here. Answer was “ it sure what you want me to do, it’s the way it works. It’ll be still hot it’s in heat retaining bags” I said hot isn’t the only issue , what state will the chips be in??!? The spring rolls?Answer “ I hope you enjoy your food.”Another 10mins and it arrived.I wish I could post a photo as the entire delivery went into the bin after an attempt to eat some of it.Chips soggy and flacid , chilli beef had no chilli and the flavour like nothing I’ve ever had before… awful like sugary jam.Spring rolls crispy perhaps when cooked where like sponges . The curry sauce the most vile excuse for “curry sauce” I’ve ever had the misfortune to taste.REVOLTING FOOD - unacceptable delivery time.40-55 mins which was bad enough but we hoped it would be nearly 40 and it was just over an hour.Stay well clear

Terrible place. You get what you pay for. Another uk scamFood tasted terrible , the noodles like taken from instant noodles pack. Dry , not fresh , spring rolls are terrible with horrible flavor .I read reviews but tried anyways .. I deserve it.

We've had takeaway from these the food has been overlooked and dry it's not worth any stars in my opinion I definitely won't be using these again and I definitely won't recommend them

We order from here probably roughly once a monthConsistantly good food, and increadibly quick serviceAlways really quick on the phones, and ready for collection in ~ 10 mins.Thanks

What an absolute disgrace!I’ve ordered from here regularly for the last 10years plus. I call today & they say they never deliver to my postcode.Disgusting liars

•Chicken Chow Mein was completely dry•No sweet and sour sauce with Chicken Balls (was given lemon sauce instead)•Chips were dry and old (not fresh at all) had to be thrown•Honey Chicken wings not fresh eitherAbsolutely disappointed all of the above cost £25. Wouldn't mind paying if every item of food was fresh. Gutted and not happy!

My partner and I order chow mein from here fairly regularly. I've read some bad reviews but I've never experienced food being delivered late. I've not tried lots of dishes from here but I tend to get the Salt and Pepper Tofu and my partner gets the ribs alongside our noodles.

To be honest I rang and complained the guy was not rude at all and neither was I. The delivery guy was excellent really polite .I explained my food was burnt (prawn balls )Noodles flavour shocking ,greasy and rice blandI did use these before and wasn’t happy thinking it was a one off tried again a year later ( yesterday )Absolutely terrible food.May need to change chefHowever did get full refund from jus eatsIt a shame really they could do better

I ordered food from them at 10pm (they don't close until 11). It took them 50 minutes to realise I'd ordered, at which point it was too late for them to make the order, and they cancelled at the time of delivery. Not impressed. This isn't the first time they've messed up their ordering system. Would not recommend to anyone unless you don't mind wasting your money on no-shows.

Ordered a take away from Wok u like tonight! Ordered the mixed hor d'oeuvres only got ribs and satay chicken without the peanut sauce! No spring rolls or prawn toast and obviously peanut sauce. Ribs and chicken were very dry and the food could have been warmer! Very disappointed after spending £40! Called and they are giving us some money off on our next order! But it's too late now evening spoilt! Plus the language of the person I spoke too was unprofessional.
