Zero ristorante in East Hertfordshire

Really enjoyed our pizza and pasta on an impromptu Friday evening visit, where they accommodated us with our pram without a booking.

The restaurant is very big. If you you want intimate then this isn't the place. Its well presented and modern scrupulously clean.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The food is lovely. So fresh and well presented. Our grandson had a pizza. It is definitely one of the best we have had outside of Italy. The base was crisp. Wonderful.A little pricey. Great food. Worth a visit.

Second visit for me yesterday. First experience we went in 30 mins before close so was all a bit of a rush and difficult to gauge. Yesterday we had a table booked and were repeatedly told we had to be done in under 90 minutes. The place was full to the rafters, but I know not why. The service was just about acceptable, the food was bland. What really cheesed me off was the £17.50 "service charge" on the bill. I should've refused to pay it. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Pizza was OK, nice coffe...but this place has ZERO atmosphere (that's where the name came from I guess), staff not too friendly and some of the older chaps seems a bit rude tbh. And you'll get "service charge" on your bill regardless if you happy or not.So after all a bit disappointed

Fast service, always fresh and hot food. Just like today. My lasagne was amazing !

Great food, good service and nice place. We went on a Thursday night and it was noisy. I have been on a number of occasions and always had great food however this is not a place for a quiet meal!

Food was incredible, loved every bite. Great service throughout the evening and would thoroughly recommend.We had pizzas as mains which were both perfect, but looking round the room the other options looked and smelt amazing too.

Absolutely amazing food and the best staff you could ask for, always friendly, always caring and looking out for their customers!! Scallops & the Tomahawk are phenomenal!!!

We tried this place out once before moving to the area and have been back since but I'm still not blown away by it. It was extremely busy when we went (a Saturday - Wednesday was less so) and we waited forever between courses and then to pay the bill and get out. Obviously didn't want our money? We were sitting near the kitchen yet the staff seemed to forget we were there. The second time there when it was less busy and the staff seemed more attentive but lost parts of our orders (so we were not all eating at the same time), did not refill our table water and still took forever with the bill. I wouldn't rate the service highly and I was very dissatisfied at the prices. Nearly £70 for two people for starters and mains. If the food and/or service was amazing, I could be more understanding. The food was nice but not outstanding. This restaurant is good for a big group but has the feeling of a chain restaurant. No authenticity and missing the Italian vibe. For authentic Italian food and atmosphere in Ware, I would still suggest Sfizio around the corner instead. However if you just want a nice pizza/pasta dish and you're not worried about price, give this place a go. The scallops with bacon and mustard sauce was very nice, the ravioli had a good flavour and the American pizza was a nice choice.
