Best Indian restaurant I have been to in the local area, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The service is so quick but the food is 10/10 always!

Service was slow. Had to bring own drinks and food wasn't as nice as I expected.

I have ordered from Cafe Bengal for the past 3 years. The food is superb and the service is excellent. Price and portions are also very reasonable, without compromising on flavour. If you've not tried this place, you're missing out. Cage Bengal is the perfect go-to takeaway to compliment you're evening.

Food was good, but have gone " Halal" so after 20 years they no longer serve wines or beers. They say you can bring your own!!. They do sell soft drinks ie : large and small glass of coke £6.40 !!.

Our family love coming here to eat and get take away at least once a month - would never go anywhere else.Food is delicious, staff are always very friendly and happy to make adjustments to the menu, or make something more spicy. Always allowed to take home what's left! Currently allowed to bring your own alcohol in too which is great.

I ordered from them last Saturday. The food was ready as I walked in the door 20 minutes later, good price and was the best Indian meal I can remember having. The size of the Onion Bhajis!! Just ordered again tonight 😊

Really fantastic place to eat and then Egan dishes are amazing. I went there to get a takeaway and was not disappointed!The madras was flavourful and was a good spice to it too.My partner chose the veg biryani and it was really tasty. I ordered a aloo potato as well with mushroom rice. Next time we will stay in the restaurant to eat as it has a very relaxed atmosphere and a nice bar too. I found the staff to be very helpful a d friendly too.

Surprisingly shocked by this Indian. I have lived in Debden for about a year, and always thought Café Bengal looked “okay”. Tonight we ventured in as they had put up a new sign that better suits the place. The food was perfect, the staff were friendly - honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Great for anyone - families or couples. Certainly recommended by me!
